      My friend and I purchased Lavelier Corolline Collagen Wrinkle IV Rescue cream from a shop in ******************* in April of this year, 2022. We liked the product but the apparatus, the housing that the product is in, does not function. There is no way that it can be pumped to get the product itself out. There is a design flaw in the manufacturing. A $200 product should work so it can be used. I would like to have the two products replaced. Lavelier should be willing to send the product back to the manufacturer so that this is not a recurring problem. I called the customer service line on several different occasions and always left my name and number and never heard back from anyone. Today I did have my call answered. I tried pounding the casing on first the palm of my hand and then on a hard surface as the customer service person suggested but that did not solve the issue. All she kept repeating was we don't do anything after one month. She was not willing to try to do anything to help resolve the situation. The********************, store is not open in the summer because of the heat and there is not a store in ******************* where my friend lives. We have no one we can talk to about this so we need help in rectifying this. Thank you.

      March 15 2022, I was at mall when **** a sales person from lavelier convinced me to come in. After trying a few products she she made me several promises with no contract but no contract was offered. I spent $10,000 on product with the promise of unlimited facials and product refills for One year. The product doesn't do what was promised. **** **** left town . I have received several facials but they never have the product for exchange or she will not refill it when I ask. This took place at *********** in ***************** I would like my $ returned and all ties cut with this company!

      While on vacation in *****, I purchased the Lavelier ********************** Syringe at the Renaissance Mall. The hard-core salesman gave me instructions and a demonstration. I walked away and he followed me! He was so insistent and told me he could discount the product. I was able to talk him down from a starting price of $*** to $***. He stated I would only need to use it weekly. I came home a few days later. So far, I've used the product twice and now, the "Syringe" is empty! I feel like a fool! He knew I wouldn't be back to return it. I am assuming he gave me one they had been using for demonstration. I haven't even used it enough to know if it really works. The salesman also told me the Syringe would last 2 - 3 years. What a joke! I would like to have my money back. I paid in cash. He did not offer a receipt. However, he did put my information in their system. I would also hope this complaint will serve as a buyer beware for others. Thank you for your help!

      I was swindled into purchasing one of their creams at the OC GemFair , on May 14th 2022. I was told that they guaranteed the product to work, that I was able to return it if I wasn't pleased, So I felt pretty confident taking it home. I can appreciate when a company has that much faith in their product. I got home and I went online and saw that they had horrible reviews. Horror Stories of people getting Chemicals burns and rashes that lasted days. so not even 24 hours After purchasing I went back to fair , I was not pleased, I didn't want to get a chemical burn or a rash . I told them that I wanted a refund and that there product wasn't opened, I had not even removed it from the bag that they had given me, they said receipt says no refunds and they continued to say "NO REFUNDS" "sorry its a "Medical Product"'. which was news to me, because as far as a I know ,only a pharmacy is allowed to sell consumers medical products, and they had told me yesterday I could get a return for the product ... They continued to say that I could only be given a refund if I could prove I had gotten a chemical burn or a rash , but I could also not return a used item. make up your mind . They also had no sings anywhere that said no refunds or Final Sales in there whole stall. Most of the Sellers at the Fair had those signs, but they specifically didn't. I did a little digging and its actually against the law in California to not inform or display when a Product is Final Sales. (CA CIVIL CODE ****). They gave me a number and said that If I called there Manger I could get a refund , and so far they have been dodging me. They answered me once and said they would give me a call back. I've called back and so far there has been no response . Its not a lot of money , but I would like my refund , its the principle, I don't want to go through a medical burns or Rashes to be able to get a refund and I want to be able to trust a company when they say my satisfaction is guaranteed.

      I feel like I was scammed, first off this skincare is very expensive, I told the salesmen I can't afford this he told me no worries I will cut you a deal,before I know it he has me rung up for $***** and ran my card as credit,I did not want this!!!       I purchased a lotion from a company at the mall. When I was with the girl testing the product on my hand I inquired to her regarding allergic reactions to the product and return policy. She told me that if I used it I could not return it. I pressed her and asked her what if I have a rash or reaction. She said yes if I have a rash reaction I could return it. I bought the product I used it on my face and I had a massive rash for four days. I was going to go back on the Friday to return it but we had a snowstorm as this is my only day off. When I finally got there today they told me I could not return it and that I was wrong that the girl would never say that. When she came up to the register she played like she couldn't speak English. I want my money back as I paid $94.95 and had an allergic reaction. They would not give me my money back. Try to entice me to try other products but I am afraid to try any of their products as they all contain the same ingredient as its core. I would not have bought this product knowing that I couldn't return it if I had an allergic reaction because I have sensitive skin and allergies to so much. I was informed by the girl that I can return it if I had a rash reaction. I would like a full refund.

      The company Lavelier charged my card for a product that i never took out of the store. The salesperson would not take charge off my account. The salesperson committed fraud on my charge card. For all i know she took products home and I was left with credit card charge and no product.

      I purchased a skincare system called Empire Tech (EMP) Marvelous 24K product while visiting in ************** on Jan 20, 2022 at 3:45 pm at *********************** *************** for $*******. The salesman said his name was **** but I guess the owner is ****, ***. It was order ************* I came home and charged the product but nothing happened. It didn't turn on. I called "****" and he said that I should look up how to use the product online. I did. The youtube said I should have received a booklet with all the info and a warranty, which I did not receive. I have since called **** three times and have not been able to connect with him. I have left messages all three times. This is an expensive scam. I was shmoozed and given a couple of freebee skin products but the big sale was just overlooked as legit. This was the second place I visited that sold this product in **********. The first one also played the sales game and told me the product sells for over ***** but the salesman would give it to me for $****. The place I ended up buying the product from said he could beat that price and after trying it out, I purchased it. I didn't return home for a few days and when I did and tried to operate it, it didn't. I believe this might have been a nonfunctional return from a previous customer and ******** thought why not sell it to me. This EMP skincare system business from my experience with 2 stores is bogus and are cheating trusting clients out of a lot of money. Don't take their friendly attitude as caring about you. It is simply a ploy. I am so disappointed and angry that I was duped.
