      I purchased tickets to the**************** convention taking place Oct 8-9 near ******** I also purchased special photo op tickets with one of the special characters. A few days before the event, some of the actors canceled. The one that my daughter has tickets with was one that canceled, so she didn't want to make the 11 hour drive for nothing. Per their policy, since the actor canceled, we were entitled to a refund of we didn't attend the convention. I have sent 2 emails with the required information to receive the refund, but still haven't heard back. It is beyond unprofessional how they are handling these conventions. I feel they knew much longer that these actors weren't coming, but people thinking they were going to be there is what sold tickets. I would like a full refund as I feel I was scammed out of my money.

      I ordered convention tickets to StrangerCon ******* from Creation entertainment on October 5, 2020. Due to Covid the convention was postponed by the company twice from the original date of May 2021, to May 2022, and finally to October 2022. I never requested a refund as I wanted to attend this convention with my daughter. Prior to the convention our household got Covid. Creation Entertainment sent out an updated covid policy stating if you test positive, stay home and submit positive results to be eligible for a refund. I submitted my results within the time frame (On October 2, 2022) and received no contact from the company for over a week. I then contacted my credit card company to investigate the claim, however they stated I was claiming the convention never happened which was not the case. The convention did finally happen, I was just unable to go due to Covid. I did finally receive an email on October 13 that my email was submitted to the ticketing department for assistance. I then received an email from that department yesterday that states they will not give me a refund because I contacted my credit card company. I would simply like this company to follow their own covid policy and provide a refund as indicated on their website.

      I purchased two tickets to attend the Super Natural Convention in July 2022. Unfortunately, due to scheduling Creation had to reschedule the convention for July 2023. I was unable to make it and requested a refund of my tickets, which they did, after several attempts to reach them. They did not however, refund the handling fee. When I asked about that they stated that the website shows that the handling fee is not refundable. When I received the email from Creation that the event was going to be rescheduled and that I had an option to request a refund, there was no mention that I would not receive the full amount. Since the reschedule of this event was out of my control as a ticket holder, and Creation said they would refund the tickets, they should refund ALL charges including the handling fee. There is no indication on their website that states that if the full event is canceled or rescheduled that the service fee would not be refunded. If they are going to offer a refund to non refundable and non transferable tickets they need to also refund the service fee. Their lack of communication and responses is so unprofessional. I will not be attending any convention that is hosted by Creation Entertainment.

      I went to the**** convention ********** on (Sept. XX-XX XXXX). The celebs that were there were all so awesome and friendly and very funny. Tried to take their time with each person to an extent and engage in a conversation. However, Creation Entertainment ********* are BEYOND horrible! They treat *** terribly and make your entire experience a bad one. The workers are rude, if I am being polite. I had one guy ********* at me because my phone was in my pocket? He said I could be ******** So I took the phone out of my pocket to put it in my purse and he said he wanted to go through my phone to make sure I didn't get any videos of a celeb? He tried this with me and like 3 other ppl who were simply just standing there. When I refused to let him go through my phone he ******** at me and said "If I see that phone again you are out of here!" I did nothing wrong? Then they make you pay for them to test you for ****** and yet yell at you to constantly to wear a mask? You don't have to wear a mask in your pictures with the celebs but you have to when getting an ************ Makes no sense. What makes matters worse was when I was being told to pull my mask up more by a worker WHO WAS NOT EVEN WEARING ONE! And then after waiting literally 3 hours to get an autograph signed by *** *********** we were yelled at because our masks were not completely over our noses, and as *** was trying to sign the autograph and make small talk, the worker literally stood in front of my little girl not letting her even see *** and pushed us out the door before he was even done to keep the line moving :( we paid A LOT of money for this once in a lifetime experience and it was completely ruined by the workers lack of manners. ****************************************************************************************** This was the one thing she asked for and they completely ruined it for her! I am so angry! I want a complete refund so I can afford to take her to do something else before its too late :(

      Creation Entertainment, Inc. sent an email several days before performance (the Supernatural Convention in Washington, D.C.) in which they were asking people who have Covid not to come to Convention, but send an email with a proof of COVID such as a doctor's note for receiving a voucher for future performance, which we did send on 8/11/2022. Since that date we sent 4 emails to a customer service to follow up, but only once received an email assuaring that somebody will contact us on that matter in several days - never got any other responses. Looking for an explanation of such offencive way to deal with their customers, and get a full refund instead of vouchers because we don't trust this company any longer . Not sure if this is a responsible company and not the one that hide from customers if any issues is rised. No customer service phone number exist for them - the one provided (XXX) XXX-XXXX is a general number and you cannot connect with an operator or a customer service, or leave them a message. Strange and it doesn't look like it's a reputable company beacsue the contact is only by emails which they never respond. We feel misarable and helpless. Thank you for a place to complain. ******* ********

      Recently went to the ********** ***** in *********** ** and it holds up to the name, a **** 3 days before the event, 4 of the main characters dropped out. They said they would give a refund but never did, instead they gave a voucher. The voucher itself was only good for 1 table that had only 3 shirt options, a coffee mug, and a shot glass. It was absolutely laughable. Not to mention the merch wasn't even stranger things branded (they do not have the authority to sell any official stranger things merchandise, I assume). There was only 4 merch tables that had other brands like Star **** ******** The event only had 4 actors but non were actual stars of the show answering questions. So ************* I will never go to another event by Creation Entertainment.

      I purchased tickets to the Game of Thrones convention being held by Creation Entertainment back on November 18th, 2021. The original date of the convention was suppose to be February of 2022. The event was cancelled and then moved to December of 2022. People who purchased tickets were allowed to ask for a full refund if the new dates did not work. On August 3rd, I requested a refund. On September 15th, Creation Entertainment sent me an email detailing the refund would be issued within 5-10 business days. I made two seperate purchases: on November 18th, 2021 I made a purchase for the tickets to the event through PayPal Credit (who I have also contacted). I made another purchase through mt checking account and I was refunded for that portion (that portion totaled ********* The Total on the invoice is ******* and so far they only refunded me ******** They still owe me ******** My invoice number was sent to me on August 1st is is #XXXXXXA-IN. The total that was charged on November 18th, 2021 through PayPal Credit was ******** I have attached a copy of the PayPal transaction, invoice sent to me by Creation Entertainment, and the emal saying I was being refunded.

      I was unable to attend ******** ************ 2022 due to ***********************. Per Creation Entertainments' own policy I was not allowed to attend. This is understandable. But since I was not able to attend *************** the policy allowed for a refund/credit. I have emailed Creation Entertainment on 3 separate occasions with no response dates ********* ******* and ********* I want a response and a refund/credit due **************************. The company should in good faith respond to customer requests and follow through with their own policies.

      I purchased tickets for Stranger Con in NJ for June 26, 2022. I had also purchased an autograph with ****** ****** Brown for **** along with a photo op with her for ***** I was sent an email prior to the event stating she wouldn't be there and that I could request a refund voucher at the show. I received the voucher and mailed it in along with the invoice/order # for a refund totaling **** which is what they calculated my refund to be after taxes and fees. It was mailed on 6/27 and takes up to 8 weeks to refund. I have copies of all of it. It is now 8/31/22 and I still have not received my refund and no one will respond to my email inquiries. I cannot locate a phone # to contact them. I would like the refund sent to me ASAP as I feel they've had plenty of time and it is not my fault that their guest canceled. The amount of time spent waiting and no way to contact them is unacceptable. I did get one response when I threatened to go to the BBB to file a complaint saying that they would get back to me on 8/30. I still have not heard anything, Please help me to get my refund.

      On May 29, I purchased an admission ticket to Salute to ******** convention and a photo op ticket. My order number is XXXXXXXXX. My order total is ******** They released ***** rules stating that everyone was required to test for ***** no matter your vaccination status and if someone tests positive for ***** between June 5, 2022 and June 12, 2022, they are eligible for a refund if they email them by June 12. They also stated that I will receive a refund within 8 weeks after the convention. I tested with a verifiable lab on June 8 and got my positive result on June 9 and promptly emailed Creation that same day. I received an automatic reply saying that there will be a delay because it was the week of the convention and that I will hear back from someone the next week after the convention. I never received a replay to verify they got my request or if they needed additional information for the refund nor have I received the refund. I waited to the 8 weeks they said it would take before I decided to file this complaint. I have included pictures of their rules and my emails.
