      Survey Junkie needs to verify my id for payment which I completely understand. However, I have requested a call 3 times and emailed their customer service twice in the past two weeks. There has been zero response. Seems silly to file a complaint over $10 but it's the principle. Don't set up a system that you can't follow through on.

As a quality and verification measurement tool -this might be required at any point of the membership, in order to additionally: a) verify the account ( regardless of previous verification statuses) b) to exclude the chance of the account being compromised c) monitor the quality of provided information (honest and accurate information about themselves and all survey questions to the best of their ability) This method is used extensively in the market research industry for security and quality purposes. Again, we would like to emphasize that this is a one time verification check that users will not have to repeat over the lifetime of their account. That being said, the user can request a postcard and after they pass postcard verification, they can redeem their points. A waste of time for everyone involved.

      I participated in a 7 Day Summer Soiree on July 19, 2021, and survey junkie did not send me a progress of report at all. They sent out my first progress report on the 21st when it was supposed to have been the 19th. I want them to send out a progress report from the 19th until the 28th which is the last day for the 7 Day Summer Soiree. I want to know all the days that I have made a progress for, an they have not been sending them out. They sent out for maybe two days. I confronted them about it, and they still didn't give me recognition for all the days I completed the surveys. I can take pictures of all the days I participated, an send them to you all if you want me to.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/08/03) */ We would like to inform that the official rules of the promotion were that a member must successfully complete 3 surveys per day that are each worth 10 or more points for a total of 7 days during the promotional period which was between Monday, July 19, 2021 12:00AM EST and Wednesday, July 28, 2021 11:59PM EST. Our records indicate that the user has only completed 3 days out of the required 7 days, thus making them ineligible to receive the 500 bonus points. Here are the dates the user successfully completed 3 surveys that are each worth 10 or more points 07/21/21-3 successful surveys 07/22/21-3 successful surveys 07/23/21-4 successful surveys That being said, we constantly have new promotion opportunities on Survey Junkie, which the user can participate in. I participated the whole 7 days, and I sent them proof, and they still was saying I did three days, and that was because they was not checking, nor sending me any progress reports for the 7 Day Summer Soiree. Please also note that subsequently the user participated in another promotion and as they successfully completed all the requirements, they received the reward for that promotion. Like I said I did the whole 7 days, and they did not check, and give me a progress report for each day. That is why they said I did three days, and I didn't. It was 7.

      I have been trying to redeem my points since June. Waited over a month for the postcard, on "call queue", sent emails, no response. Trusting Survey Junkie will resolve this issue, I'm still answering surveys when notified by emails. I deserve to be paid and have never been paid.

      I made an account on survey junkie to make a few extra bucks. I did my research first, finding the site to be time consuming but completely legitimate. But now that's im trying to cash out, it stopped me to verify my identity. It wanted me to enter a waiting list to be called to verify over the phone. But no one ever called, I've tried multiple times. I really don't want to wait weeks or months to get my money, please resolve this for me so i can receive what I've worked so hard for. Im sure if i could just speak to someone my issue wouldnt even take 5 mins to resolve.

      On July 25th I took a survey from serving junkie that was supposed to pay me 150 points for 10 minutes survey. After 20 minutes the end of the survey happened in which the survey says" thank you for your responses the last few questions are for statistical and demographic purposes only" so after they asked me about my race and my income level it just launches into another survey with no compensation for the 20-minute survey I just took that was supposed to be 10 minutes by the way. So I reached out to survey junkie and let them know and their response was this condescending message saying that it's unfortunate when people get disqualified from the survey that's why they gave me two points and two points translates into two cents by the way. I didn't get this qualified they had a error and they refuse to do that and this has happened a couple times so they need to fix their service site and pay people what they owe them time is money.

Surveys are hosted by 3rd party survey providers, which means we do not have access to resolving technical issues. With that being said, we are in constant contact with survey providers to continuously improve the survey taking experience for our customers. We are working constantly to minimize any issues in the future. We have also provided the user with additional bonus points for all the effort and time they put into the survey.
