    Received a call from ** saying I need to bring my car in for a recall. I had other issues as well so I decided to make an appt for Monday and I asked the gentleman on the call. I need a loaner. I cannot be without a car. Can you please reserve one for me? Yes **** I have reserved a loaner for you. when you come in just tell your servicer. I took the morning off work, got to **. My services *** came to me and I told him what the issue was. I asked him can I get me loaner so I can get to work? What loaner? I don't have one reserved for you. Are you kidding me? I asked for the servicing manager to call me back. already 2 days have passed and no calls. I got a call from ** asking why I missed my appt?????? really? Such horrible service.

    When I purchased my car, I also purchased extended protection plan (CPO VSP Protection)VW Drive Easy Protection Plan. I cancelled the protection plan on 12/30/2024. I have not received my refund $2,700. I have tried in person and on the phone to get an update on the refund and they don't respond with any information. Please help don't know what to do. thank you

    I purchased an VW ID4 last year and asked about recalls and was not told about any, but received 2 different recall notices shortly after the purchase. The Door Handles don't work and "Vehicle Software Recalls" "Volkswagen vehicles fail to conform to the requirementsof ************* Vehicle Safety Standards 101 and 111". I have tried to take care of the recalls through my dealer, but have been told the parts are not available. This has been going on for months. Over the past few months I have received 6 "IMPORTANT SAFETY RECALL" notices. The recall says "Control and Displays" and "Rear Visibility" that do not show critical information, such as vehicle speed or the rear view camera image, increase the RISK of a CRASH" I told the dealer my controls and computer were going blank and resetting, over and over, while driving. So I am forced to drive my car with the computer turning off while driving (no control panel info, speed, etc.) on multiple occasions. They also say they will not supply a car while the my car is not working safely. IS this a "Lemon" should I look for protection under the Lemon Law? I want my car repaired so that I can drive it safely.

    VW Dealership in ********, **, has had my car for 11 days, promised me a rent- a- car never got it. Every Monday I'm going to get one. Still haven't got one, they have a contract with Enterprise, but refuse to pay for it. That is very poor customer service. Every time I call no one returns my call, no one calls me. They act like they don't have my car. They don't keep me updated. The manager has never returned my calls at all. Everyone is avoiding me, but they have my car. I have brought this the corporate office; they were no help. No one wants to do anything. I have left several messages with *** the manager, not one called me back. I will never take my car there again. They want to only give me a 20% discount on the bill, for their poor customer service, I think it should be more than that, I have had no transportation for 11 days and that's the best they can offer!

    I am writing to formally file a complaint against New Century Volkswagen regarding multiple negative experiences during my service attempts at their establishment.On numerous occasions, I have encountered issues such as service advisors ignoring my calls, displaying unprofessional attitudes, and refusing to bring my vehicle up to safety code and normal operating standards. Additionally, I have been subjected to imposed charges for diagnostics allegedly performed during previous visits, without any tangible improvements to my vehicle's issues.It is disheartening to note that none of my messages have been forwarded to supervisors, resulting in a lack of resolution for my concerns. The extended hold times and blatant disrespect I have experienced only compound the frustration associated with this situation.As a customer who has owned two different ******************** vehicles, I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by New Century Volkswagen. I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate these matters thoroughly and take appropriate action to address these concerns.

    I recently had my VW ID.4 towed to ********************** due to a car issue caused by a power surge from Electrify America. What followed was a series of mishaps that left me thoroughly dissatisfied with their service department.Finally, my car was returned to me with a report, but I was met with resistance when requesting the full diagnostic report with all the issues. ************************* seemed unwilling to email it, insisting on printing it instead, which he did with hesitancy.To add insult to injury, I noticed that my car had acquired more scratches during its time at the dealership. While it's true that I had some minor scratches before, the additional damage was most likely caused by how closely they parked the cars.In hindsight, I deeply regret towing my car to New Century Volkswagen. I initially heeded the advice of a VW representative who suggested this dealership, but I wish I had taken my business elsewhere.I urge anyone considering New Century Volkswagen for service to think twice and read other negative reviews. ****** this dealership and the word "review." It will indicate that my experience is not an isolated incident. It's essential to choose a dealership that values your time and treats your vehicle with care. In my opinion, New Century Volkswagen falls short in both regards.

    I am filing this complaint due to the negligant nature of Volkswagen dealerships, in particular New Century Volkswagen in Glendale and Cardinale Way in Corona. My car is only a few years old and it's had to be worked on under warranty many times for various issues. To the point where I almost consider it a lemon. I have lost time off work due to needing to take it in. When I brought my car in due to a rattle in the passenger side they told me that it was under warranty and that they would fix it. Three visits later they said they had fixed it but they had not. Each time that I called, texted, or left messages I did not receive a response. When I threatened to file a formal complaint they had me bring the car in once again, this time they claimed that there was no rattle and there was nothing they can do. The technician told me to send a video recording of the rattle to prove it, which I did twice with no response. I left probably seven messages for the manager with no response. In addition to the issue with the rattle, I had also asked them to look at the driver side headlight since it is defective. They told me once again that there was not anything they could do and that the dealership which I bought it from, Cardinale Way, needed to handle it. I think that this is extremely unethical since I bought the car under warranty and they did not disclose that there was a defect or part replaced that would void the warranty. Once again, I left multiple messages for the management at Cardinale Way Volkswagen and received no calls in return. Volkswagen clearly is not honoring their advertised warranty. I want my car fully fixed free of charge since all of this happened under the 72,000 mi warranty range.

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/11/29) */ Hi there********** first of all i am sorry to hear that you have issues with your car. i have looked into the repais that were done to your car. When you came in in September of 2022 we did fix the rattling noise and it was under warranty so no cost to you. Weh n you came back in October of 2022 our service department determint that the reason for the ongoing noise is that the Vehicle was in a front end accident. You may wanna consult the selling dealer to find out more about that. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/11/29) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I find it interesting that this is the very first response I have gotten from the dealership after numerous phone calls, texts, and requests for a resolution. The comment that the rattle is due to a front end accident does not make sense since the rattle is on the right hand side and the issue with the headlight is on the driver side. According to my service technician the headlight was not under warranty due to a potential accident. The car was sold to me with a clean Carfax report reporting no issues and no reason for there to be avoid of warranty. If Cardinale Way sold me a car under false pretenses I consider that highly unethical. That is why I included Cardinale Way in this complaint. I have not heard back from either dealership.
