      This company refuses to let me cancel services. And we haven't used this service in over three years literally haven't logged into it for the last 2 1/2! Last year had a big argument with them because they would not refund me the charge said I had to and the services through their website. I did that two years ago but they refused to assist me refused to give me back the money and now over a year later they've done the same thing!! If I need to take them to court I'm getting to that point because it's been over three years of charges!! My daughter is turning nine years old and hasn't used this service since she was five I've put up with us for far too long. I would like the November 15 charge given back and I would like last year's charge recouped as well

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/13) */ Claim states that we refused to cancel the account however, we were contacted in 2018 via phone. During this call, the customer was informed they were on a monthly rate, per their request we changed their plan-as they were frustrated being charged monthly. Customer consented to this change and we sent an email confirming their next billing date and that it would renew until cancelled.We have tried calling the customer twice with no answer so two voicemails have been left. As a courtesy, we have cancelled the account and refunded two charges of $45.00. two charges

      I signed up with this company for a free trial and canceled my subscription in May of 2021 and they repeatedly keep charging me $12.99 every month. I have sent tickets for a refund and no response to my email I provide. I have been charged 4 consecutive months and I would like my money back as I canceled my subscription and obviously don't use the service.

We are committed to being responsive, diligent, and fair in all our customer service interactions, so we immediately investigated this account to see what may have happened. June 2, 2021 ticket #******* customer requested to cancel, we sent a follow-up email requesting more info to locate the account. However, we did not hear back from our follow-ups. Additionally, a request for more info was also sent on July 24, 2021 on ticket *******. The customer did not respond. The last follow up we sent another follow up on ticket ******* August 17, 2021. After further searching for the account, we located the ***************** account and have tried calling ********* a few times but have not received a response to discuss a resolution.

      I subscribed to an abc mouse learning app for 29.99 after a 30 day free trial on aug 15.It wasn't what I needed so I canceled the next day online and the next couple of days with a live representative. I was told a refund would be issued but wasn't. So, I went through my bank for a credit issued on aug 26. Sept 7 abc reversed the charge and that time I called and they said it's just some bogus excuse it was a statement display while my account is being deducted. In other words they won't refund and call my bank.

We are committed to being responsive, diligent, and fair in all our customer service interactions, so we immediately investigated this account to see what may have happened. After further research, Ms. **** was assisted with both of her requests regarding her account. Her first contact with Customer Care was to request a cancellation of her account, she was assisted with this, and her account was cancelled. Ms. **** then called 10 days later requesting a refund for her upgrade of $29.95, the agent refunded in full terminating the account. Based on her BBB complaint, she also disputed the charge with her bank the same time she called CS. Her bank possibly reversed the charge due to the merchant refunding in full. We have tried to call Ms. **** three times and sent a follow-up email, however she has not answered or responded to any email/calls. Currently, her account remains inactive as it was refunded on August 25, 2021.
