      On January 22nd, 2022, I placed an order from ShoppeApparel for a pair of shoes in the amount of $114.99. After significant delays in shipping, my order arrived on February 23 and was not as described. The shoes I ordered were listed as "purple" on the website and the shoes that arrived were bright pink and significantly lighter in shade than described. Pictures attached for reference. The business's return policy states up to 10 days for return, but requires that you get in touch with the business first in order to process. The company ignored both phone calls and emails until finally reaching back out to tell me that they will only provide me a 50% refund in store credit. This is not sufficient, as the items delivered were not as described by the company. After further attempts to get in touch with them they are unresponsive and the issue remains unresolved. I would like to request return information for my order and a full refund to my credit card, not store credit. Again, the item received was not what was shown on the website and I reached out and followed the directions well within the company's own return policy.

      Date of Transaction: February 10, 2022 Order Number: XXXXX Item Ordered: Romantic Shoulder & Shine Court / Mermaid Country 2021 One Sequined Train Wedding Satin Trumpet Sleeveless with Sequin Detachable Sparkle Dresses - Size 22 - Color - Ivory Sent several emails and messages using their contact form on zendesk. The company has not responded to my requests for delivery or refund. I have no other choice but to file complaint to get the item purchased by March 5 or a complete refund of ********

      I purchased over **** with this company, with a garauntee in November that the merchandise would arrive by the deadline I had. It didn't not arrive on time. Once it did 1/2 the order came in. Then I was promised the rest would come in within a week. That didn't happen. The 2nd time the shipment came late, they were all the wrong color. When I sent a message, I was told I would be refunded. After waiting a couple weeks, they finally send the return label, and returned 15 pairs of pants. They now have 15 pairs of pants and over **** of my money. They will not respond nor refund me.

      I ordered an Xmas gift - order #XXXXX from Shoppe Apparel on ********* I checked daily to find information on shipping and date receive for the gift. When the item had not shipped by ********* I sent an email cancelling the same. I received "NO" the order is being processed (not shipped) and no cancellation will be accepted. After you receive the item you can contact ******* our customer Service Manager. WE WILL NOT CANCEL #XXXXX if it has shipped to you, or 10 days after your receipt date.????

      I did not receive the product I ordered. The company replied that it was lost in transit. I have since requested a refund on four occasions. I have not received the product, nor have I received a refund. The company no longer replies to my correspondence.

      I ordered a leather and fox fur jacket for $344.00 that was ************** as genuine and when I got it what a mess. The fox fur was some cotton like fur and the leather was ******** or **** *************** would spend $344.00 on that? I would never! They *********** us and swindled us big time. I order the item in October and did not receive it until late November 1st of all. I *********** ********* them via email to let them know the jacket was a **** and I requested my money back. They eventually sent me a Return ************** ***** and the address to send the item back to which I sent priority 2 day and paid almost $70 to return it to *** * ******* *** ****** ******** ** *****. I followed their instructions and emailed them the receipt I attached and asked where is my refund. This morning I get a response that I didn't get authorization. I did. I have also attached the emails for you from both ***** and ******* giving me the instructions to return. These people are so ***** and they are ************ They need to be put out of business immediately before they scam more people!!!! *********

If they do not issue my refund in full for $344.49 I will do what was advised which is to reopen and get the Department Of Justice involved along with my cc company and my attorney! This has been going on for weeks and I am absolutely exhausted from going back and forth with Shoppe Apparel. I am coming to my patient end! This is just NOT fair! I will NEVER do any business with these people EVER!!! Thank you.

      We bought a dress on July6, 2021 that was supposed to be a teal dress and they sent a completely wrong color of dress. They said that their return policies were very easy. They don't have a phone number to talk through the return process and only return emails on rare occasion. Every time they send an email asking us to do something, we do it, but they ignore our request for a refund. We have since sent the dress back as they have requested on August 30, 2021 and they won't give us our money back. The order number is *****.

      All of the listed detail requisitions are listed in the attachments. I ordered a pair of shoes and the product is flawed. Company is refusing to return **** of the cost although the refund policy states that there is **** customer satisfaction and **** refund. I ordered the size according to the size chart that is listed on the website and company is blaming me for measuring foot wrong. Customer service is horrible and very rude and snarky.
