I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by California Psychics, which I strongly believe are scams. I paid $20 for a reading and had the opportunity to speak with multiple psychics, none of whom provided readings that met my expectations. Despite my efforts to address these issues with customer service, I was forced to continue using the service. Upon utilizing the remaining time, I received a refund of only $25 out of $130, which I found unacceptable. My subsequent conversation with ******, a supervisor, was unproductive and unprofessional. He was unable to acknowledge my concerns and stated that I was ineligible for a refund due to having used all of the time. I am seeking a full refund, as initially promised.Business Response

I wont go into detail but those I talked with were really extremely disrespectful and judgmental towards me, even yelling at me and calling me bad names! And making bad assumptions which I know for a fact arent true. Plus the great reviews and almost 5 star ratings are deceiving because bad reviews and ratings are NOT posted making it seem like everyone has a good experience. We see you read with her for 10 minutes, at her price of $5 per minute you were only charged $50. In our Terms of Use we note: We will credit your Account in California Psychics Dollars for an amount determined at the sole discretion of California Psychics based on the circumstances. We're happy to see you were able to use that credit, plus an additional $20 credit we gave you for another reading with another psychic. As a courtesy, we have refunded your last purchase with us of $50 and have closed your account. Your bank should release the funds to you within 5 business days, that means not including weekends or holidays. We want to be a place where both clients and psychics feel at peace and have a positive experience. While we value constructive feedback, our review system is designed to maintain a positive and supportive community.
