5 starsWhat a great experience our family had with ************ at Direct Buyers. Initially our family accepted an offer from their competitor whose price was a little higher but had a 7 day contingency. Later this competitor tried to lower their offer by $100k in escrow due to the condition of the house. It was a nightmare trying to get out of that escrow and I wasted almost a month. Finally we called Direct Buyers and they were able to offer me a reasonable higher price and close in 2 weeks. It was really assuring to be able to work direct with the owners directly and not have to go back and forth with different agents. **** was always accessible and over performed what he promisedIt was almost too simple of a process. 5 starsI am already 74 years old, and sadly life has showed me that in this world is hard to find people that deserve to be trusted, especially regarding economy. For most of us, our house is our biggest investment. Putting both things together, we must be extra careful about who we deal with when we are selling or buying a house. And let me emphasize that we MUST BE extra careful, no option. That is why I go to Direct Buyers for my real estate needs. With such trustworthy people like Matt and Janet, you can count on enjoying the peace of mind and the proper advice that will allow you to make wise decisions about such important matters. 5 starsI worked with Matt at Direct Buyers over the course of multiple years selling homes in our family’s estate. Every transaction went very smooth. Such a great experience. Matt is very accessible, late calls, answered text messages, held meetings with family, to help answer their questions. His offers came in higher than competitors, and Direct Buyers purchased some of our problematic rentals even with tenants living in the apartments, and he treated them very well. We had some family out of state and needed special accommodations & Matt handled all that at no cost! I am so happy we found Direct Buyers and recommend them to anyone looking for personal one on one service! Save yourself time and energy and commission with using Matt at Direct Buyers, instead of the costly traditional realtors. I consider Matt and Janet friends after doing business with them. 5 starsDirect Buyers is a very professional and no pressure type of company. We had offers from other companies, one of which insisted the offer would expire if we didn’t sign that day. That’s what made me shop around and find Direct buyers. Working with direct buyers we had a lot of one on one communication directly with the owners & we’re very happy with the outcome. 5 starsWe recently sold our high value family home of 30+yrs and I cannot say enough about how professional Matt was & how Matt & the Direct Buyers team made the process seamless and easy! It’s very hard to trust all these companies you see online so we opted to go with a company with great reviews. Working with Direct Buyers was an exceptional experience because they are local and a family owned business. We truly appreciate the many calls with our family members & Matt making sure everyone was looped in. No last min changes or surprises, Matt provides a personal service that is extinct these days. Direct Buyers was everything they said they were. **** and ***** communicated well and followed through on exactly what was promised. I was hesitant because their contract was simple and significantly better than competitors but they delivered (and over delivered - allowed us to live in the house for a few weeks for free after the sale which was really important to us and no other company would agree to us. They stuck to what they said the entire time, no price reductions in escrow either. Highly recommend.
