      My husband and I recently visited the Applebee's location at ****************************************, and we were extremely disappointed with our experience. Our check number is ***********, dated 06-22-24, and the receipt was reprinted at 10:00 pm by the manager upon my request for a copy.When we arrived, the bar was relatively empty with just one other person present. Initially, everything seemed fine until I overheard a concerning interaction. A customer beside me ordered a drink and was told by the bartender that it cost $4.32. The customer paid with a $20 bill, and the bartender retrieved $15 from the tip jar for change without entering the transaction into the computer or giving the exact change. This raised immediate concerns about the integrity of the service.When we asked for our check, the bartender brought it to my husband who paid with his card. However, the receipt provided for the tip did not include the detailed breakdown of our order. Upon requesting the itemized receipt, I noticed we were incorrectly charged $10.99 for a SPIN DIP, which should have been included in our 2 FOR 30$$ meal deal. When I pointed this out, our bartender informed the manager, who instructed her to CashApp us the $10.99 instead of removing the charge from our bill; we obviously declined. I find it highly unethical and suspect that a restaurant would be unable or unwilling to correct a billing error directly.Despite the frustration, my husband still tipped the bartender $15.00 out of kindness. However, the entire experience left a sour taste in our mouths, as we felt scammed by this handling of our bill. Ultimately, I had to insist that the bartender at least prepare the SPIN DIP for us to take home, given that we had been charged for it.This experience has significantly impacted our perception of your establishment.

      I'm writing this in REAL TIME! I submitted an online order for pick up at 11am June 16, 2024.Knowing there may be a wait I arrived at 11:20. I waited 10 mins. My order wasn't ready I left for 10 mins and returned. After waiting another 10 mins I asked the asst *** about a refund. I was told no, not Father's *** because it's too busy. After waiting another 30 MINUTES AND watching people come after and leave before me AND watching people come and be seated for groups. I asked the attendant how people who are clearly coming in after me leaving before me, he said in the back they're just making the orders as they want to. I told the asst. *** I'm diabetic, and showed her my sensor. She offered me a seat and orange juice. I told her I've been waiting for over an hr for an order over the app that was supposed to be done by 11. She said they don't put in the times.She bought me out an oj and told the attendant to watch for my order. I went outside because i was getting hot and came back in and waited again. I was just told they have my order and it will be coming out soon. It's 11:53.I got my food. It is hot, I guess that's good. The attendant apologized as he had been all along. I'm in my car. 1ts 12:57.

      This business is in constant disarray. Each time I or my family have visited, the wait time is excessive, the workers are arguing and twerking in the dining room, the staff curses at each other and the customers. If you ask to speak to a manager, they literally make you wait an hour and then nothing is done. There were literal underaged children coming from the kitchen area. A waitress was chewing with their mouth open when they brought out my food. The manager made me wait over an hour to adjust the receipt. There is no true leadership, no organization, and no professionalism. The next step is to contact the state health department. The dishes are dirty and there is an attitude when you ask for plasticware. I watched two people from the kitchen almost become involved in a physical altercation in front of customers. Im not sure who to contact but this is unacceptable and someone needs to intervene immediately. I will be reaching out to the health department and following any steps given.

      I came here for my granddaughter&#**;s graduation and my total was $56.57 and was charged $80. I crossed out the tip area because I tipped in cash. I was told my money was refunded and it still is not showing on my card. The store continues to tell me to call my bank which I have but they keep telling me Applebee&#**;s charged $80. The store is unwilling to work with me to get my money back.

      I tried calling the "IHOP Restaurant Support Center" at the phone number provided to complain about a problem I've been having with their website and was told that their phone lines are closed even though I made the call at about 4:20 PM Pacific Time and their website says the support center's hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time. This is completely ridiculous and something should be done about it. Thanks for the help.

      I got a chicken sandwich and there was plastic that was cooked on my sandwich and I ate it. I have picture sent it to the Operation manger as well. It look 5 people to tell me that it was not a big deal and 1 month later called again and got *****. This happened on 04/26/24.

      We purchased a $50 gift card from Applebees @ ***************************************************************** and earned a $10 bonus card. Upon our first visit after that purchase we attempted to use the $10 card and was told it couldn't be accepted because it wasn't registered. Today, May 5, 2024 we went to the same restaurant for lunch and attempted to use the $50 gift card purchased at that restaurant only to be told there was no money on the card. We have been cheated out of $60.00 by this restaurant.

      I have two issues to report. The first one is that in the womens bathroom, the middle stalls toilet is missing/ripped out. They have the hole stuffed with some sort of paper/cloth but the fumes from the sewage are really strong in the bathroom & coming out into the restaurant. It is really disgusting and concerning. Second, they are repeatedly double charging every time you use a credit card. They charge the amount without the tip & then the amount with the tip. The amount without tip is a pending charge that eventually falls off but you are out the money in your bank account for over a week until the extra charges finally drop off. In this case, there is an extra $101.87 in pending charges. So, instead of the $128.87 being deducted from my accounts, there are $230.74 in charges until that additional $101.87 pending charge drops off. What if someone does not have enough to cover the second charge & receives an insufficient funds charge from their bank? What if they need that money in their bank but can not access it due to the extra pending charges. I have brought this to their attention multiple times and they still continue to charge my card twice and make me wait a week until they drop the pending extra charge. They should only legally be able to debit your card for the agreed upon amount and not $1 more. They certainly should not be allowed to place two pending charges one with and one without the tip and make you wait a week before dropping be second charge. No business should ever be allowed to debit your card for any more than you sign for under any circumstance.

      I arrived at applebee's around 10:00 p.m. and sat at the bar. A man came out to let us know the server was on break and would be with us shortly After aroubd fifteen minutes a woman came to take our order. It was a longer than usual wait but we were conversing with others whike we waited. We then smelled burning from the kitchen and wondered if it was our food. We only had appetizers so we didn't think it was our food. Onceof food arrived I was excited my mozzarella sticks were fresh however my boneless wings looked dry. I tried one it was a little tuff so I let it sit awhile and tried another it was the same. The server never offered to have them remade or removed from the bill. The setvice was do slow we just asked for our checks. Once my check came I asked if the apppetizers were a part of the late night menu. She stated only Monday through Friday. I asked if she was sure because we came before on a Saturday and they were half off. She insisted I was charged correctly. I disagreed but didn't want to make a scene However I didnt see anything on the website on inside the restaurant that stated this. I would like to be refunded and maybe some time to investigate if they are short staffed or inexperienced. Everyone should be aware of prices as well as the quality of the food. I only ate two out of the eight wings. I asked for a box to take a picture of how they were served. This is the worst experience at an applebee's and I dont plan on returning.
