      On June 3 2024 my card was used without my permission to pay for employee tips that I did not approve. I called the company Applebee's and spoke with the store manager ***** who after hearing my complaint that my card had been swiped by the waitress Jasmine to add additional tips without my permission called me a liar and hung up the phone in my face. I decided to visit the store in person so that he could not hang up on this situation. After arriving at the restaurant I spoke with the store manager *****. I informed him that I did not give any of his staff permission to swipe my card for any additional tips and that I would be making a ****** review on the fraudulent charge allowed by Applebee's if he did not rectify the charges. I showed him a copy of my receipt and his staff also found a copy of the receipt that shows the correct amount without the additional tip that the waitress added. At this point the store manager ***** said that since I made a ****** review he would leave the fraud without rectifying it. He then turned his back and walked away from me. I am now reaching out to others who can assist with this company getting away with fraud. I also have documented a police report with the state of Wisconsin because ***** at Applebee's and his staff are committing fraud through charging customer cards for additional amounts without consent.

      The service was extremely poor. The cleanliness of the restaurant was concerning , there was multiple instances of neglect to clean. Dirty booths, old and possibly moldy food on the walkways and floors. Dishes poorly maintained, food was severely underwhelming, undercooked eggs, coffee was not properly made. Steak overcooked. No service within the establishment, my table got no refills and no one checked on the table except for giving us the bill.

      I ordered my meal online and received an overcooked hard crunchy salmon with molded brown colored broccoli with cold quesadillas that had a long brown strand of hair in it. The manager by the name of ****** tried to resolve the issue by first discrediting my claim but then offering a $20 credit for the mishap but the experience with the hair in my quesadillas, brown moldy broccoli and crunchy overcooked salmon seemed a little weird and intentional so I passed on the $20 credit and will not be visiting this establishment any further. There should be refund for my meal and some kind of accountability on the cooks and the managers behalf. Very displeased retired navy veteran.

      I was charged 28 dollars for meal and the receipt for my bill was distinctly a different price and I dis not include this tip. The bul should have been ***** not 28 even. There is no way the bill would have been 28 even The was the big steak omelette w/ pancakes a side order of grits with cheese and two sausage. The order was on Aug 28. I purposely did not leave a tip because I had no waiter. Someone from the kitchen brought my food i got up and got a spoon for the grits and decided to take the rest home I went to the sister restaurant (allegedly ownwd by the same person. I ordered the same thing and this is what I was charged. Unless the prices are distinctly different it should not be 28 dollars. Even if a tip was left

      I ordered food for delivery on Applebees website. My food was never delivered however, Applebees refuses to give me back my money for the food that I never received. I have contacted corporate multiple times who says that they cant give me back my money but states that the restaurant its self is reliable for giving me back my money. The restaurant who I have spoken to numerous times, first said that they would give it back but then after speaking to them again they said they wouldnt but then changed their answer once again saying they would but they still have not. It has been almost a month and I still dont have my money.

      Terrible experience. Would like full refund issued back to my **** debit card ending in ***** used for this purchase. The server girl was very nice. The food was terrible. The French toast was burnt and had no flavor. It's also called the strawberry banana French toast and yet there was no banana. Underside of bread was black. Coffee had zero flavor. Bathroom stall has no lock for privacy. Could not find a manager and I was only customer.       I have stage 4 cancer not expected to live much longer. I am able to provide medical verification if needed. Due to my health issues, I wanted to take my family out to eat my treat spend time with them. I had the worst experience. Initially, our server appeared to be polite & satisfactory however, my daughters ***** was visibly old & tasted a bit old. She did not want to complain, but I encouraged her to just ask for a different batch of lettuce. The server stated it was pointless because they just got the batch of lettuce today & it will be the same lettuce. My daughter said no problem & did not bother to touch the rest of her salad. not even 15 minutes after bringing the food out The server stated she will be leaving & we must pay at once otherwise, she would not be able to clock out & go home which was odd because no one else was being forced to pay in the beginning of their meal. I explained no one had really begin eating & we were not ready to close our check out. The manager came over & stated that we were keeping her from going home if we did not pay right now, so I pulled out a stack of money & reassured them as I paid the bill to appease The manager & respect their policy. The entire bill was paid in full, & as my son took a bite of his pancake, he pulled out a Substantial size piece of material out of his mouth, which was baked into the pancake. We thought my son was joking, but there was indeed a piece of cloth inside his pancake. We notified the manager, although we already paid instantly the manager was offensive, & extremely rude, & I mean that in the most humblest way, she immediately started saying they dont have anything back there, that would have fell into the batter her body language and attitude was completely unprofessional. My son made his way to the cook who verified it was a piece of the apron. We left all the food and the entire meal was untouched outside of what was stated yet we still paid in full for a health hazard. I have video foot

      I have always enjoyed going to breakfast with my family on the weekends at IHop no matter where we were at in our travels. Here recently we stopped at the ********** location and was greeted by a fairly decent staff and for the most part the food was great. The problem that I had was during our breakfast we were approached by our server ***************************** about purchasing something from a stand she had set up in the store. We were there to enjoy breakfast not too shop for homemade bracelets, pens, mousepads ect. so we declined. If it would have stopped at that point it would have been no harm no foul but instead throughout our meal we were approached several more times about checking out this table inside the store to purchase some of her homemade goods. Honestly I don't believe this is a common practice of a national chain so I asked the manager about it and he stated that there was nothing he could do about it because she was his girlfriend's daughter and the girlfriend was apparently one of the other managers at that location. I don't want to see your restaurant's name tarnished so I figured I would at least mention it so it could be corrected if needed. Thank you

      Ordered food online. A couple of minutes later they call and say they cant fullfill my order. I t76.59ell them cancel order and credit back the money. They say they can't that i will have to go thru corporate to get my money back. Then they send me an email saying it was canceled and credited back. That was 4 days ago.

      On Sunday May 9th I placed a mobile order with the IHOP in ***********, ******** at 1:15 PM. The total that I paid for on the order was $9.11 and when I picked up the order I left the restaurant. When I got back to work I opened up my bag and noticed that the sausages that I paid for werent in it. I decided to contact IHOP customer service about this. The response that I got indicated that they would refund me the order but Im skeptical of who responded because there were some clear spelling errors in the email and the subject line of the email spelled IHOP. I only want a refund for the sausages that werent in the bag which totals to $4.29. In the supporting documents section, Ive included my bank statement for the order, the email receipt for the order, and the initial email that I got from IHOP customer service.
