    I could not be more dissatisfied. I purchased my system through Premier Home Solutions in October 2022. I purchased my system from Premier Home Solutions, and they used a company called ************** Network, dba Modern Pro Solutions to complete the project. The system was installed, an inspection by the *************************** was completed in December. Corrections were made and the installers never returned to complete the final inspection. Further, ************** Network, dba Modern Pro Solutions purchased the equipment and never paid the provider resulting on a $16,000 lien being placed on my house. Although I purchased my system through Premier Home Solutions, they have taken a "not my problem attitude" and have not taken any action to complete the installation I purchased from them.

    Premier Home Solutions has worked and used ************** Network (DBA: Modern Pro Solutions) as our Solar Installer for some time and had a very good relationship with him. ************** Network is a publicly traded company and does Installs all through ********** and various states. We have submitted many deals to them and in January of 2023, without notice, warning, no phone call, ************** Network stopped working on all of their pending jobs. We have tried multiple times to get a hold of them, we have driven to their office in *****, **, I have called the owner *****, emailed them and the result has been ignored and ***** responds. Many dealers like mine and other customers have filed lawsuits against ************** Network, to have their jobs finished etc. I can't commit to much on it since its currently an ongoing thing in court. ** and our customers have gotten screwed over and there isn't much we can do. The Home owner can call the Bank they financed the project with, and tell the Bank that they need to find a 3rd Party ********************* to finish the job. We don't have the power to do that. We no longer use ************** Network and are willing to do anything in our power to help out. Unfortunately, the Contract you signed is through MODERN PRO SOLUTIONS and they carry all the liability and licenses to perform the install and are the ones to blame. They have not finished many of our jobs and we are doing everything in our power to find a solution.
