      This dental Office has very bad customer service. Every time you try to make an appointment or change an appointment, they want to book you several months out. And another thing before the whole Covid hoax started they used to have video games in the kids waiting room. They need to put those back.

      This places is not transparent with their billing. I received an estimate for braces vs. Invisalign. The differences wasnt much. So I chose the Invisalign. After I received my EOB from the insurance company. It was a big difference between the braces vs. the Invisalign. Difference between the braces vs Invisalign was almost double. Yes, I knew the amount for the Invisalign. But if I was told the correct amount that braces would have cost vs the Invisalign. I would have chose the braces. I felt deceived. But was told that since I got the Invisalign. That is the correct amount and they wont talk about the price of the braces because I didnt pick it. Beware of their billing practice.

      Dentist is fine. Not exceptional enough for me to continue to put up with their BS. Scheduling appointments and billing questions is horrible. For every single ********* location that exists they have made some sort of centralized call center where no one ever answers the phone. You can never get in touch with anyone unless you lie and say you're a new patient. Then you automatically get connected to someone. I was erroneously billed. I have proof that they should not have billed me but I can't get in touch with anyone. I have left messages, talked to a manager (supposedly), etc. THe manager said that they would get it taken care of/have someone call me, etc. However, it's been over a week no one has called me. If you call the billing line they say "Press 9 to keep your place in line and someone will call you back." -- this is a lie it's just a place to leave a voicemail. Good luck ever getting in touch with anyone. Plus it drives me nuts they call your child "kiddo" -- like just say child. I hate it. Anyway, I cancelled all future appointments. I will not be going back here and obviously I will tell everyone I know not to use this service. Now it also seems like they blocked my number because I just immediately get disconnected everytime I try to talk to some one.
