            I purchased a car on 4/28/24 they were supposed to payoff my trade in by 5/8/24....contract was signed on a Sunday it's 5/18/24 my trade in has not been paid off I've yet to have a bank name to make my first payment which is due on 5/28/24 , I call them daily at least 4 to 6 times I am directed to voice mails that are full and when I do get a person they take a message and I never get a return call...it's been a very frustrating and stressful situation , there excuse is that the finance guy quit 2 days after my deal was signed and there working on it , I heard this on the 4th day after my purchase....and it's been 14 days since then ,i talked to the finace guy today 5/18 and he says he working on it now again , i told him i can bring the car back and get my old car but he said its not necessary and will get back to me....im at my wits end of what to do....Larry Castaneda
