If I could put zero stars I would. The serviceman (who claimed he was the owner) lied and said both the upper lock (deadbolt) and the handle lock were connected so he couldn't just replace the deadbolt. The price was exorbitant so my 84 year old neighbor living on SS paid the trip charge of $85. THEN he informed her he couldn't accept a credit card and suggested some bill pay service - she thought it was Venmo or something - which she doesn't use. He threatened her by saying he would file a police report, took pictures of her house, and after she wrote him a check he made a big stink that the top edge of the check was not smooth enough. I have picture of the back which shows there was nothing impeding him from checking the box that says "Check here for mobile or remote deposit only." Plenty of room but he claimed his bank wouldn't accept it so she wrote an additional check. All of this was to be difficult after his $450 job was declined. Terrible company.

Hello, Thank you for you review. We mentioned over the phone that the service call to come out is $85 dollars and its a mandatory fee which will be applied to the job if any other work is needed or performed. When the price was given to replace for the new unit the customer declined, her locks were 50 years old and we couldn't repair it. She didn't want to pay our service call or move forward with the job. She made us wait over 40 minutes to finally decide she didn't want to move forward and write us a check with ripped corners and wrong company name. She had wrote Pro Key Lock on the check instead of Pro Key Locksmith. Please note that's not how banks work, she then started to get aggressive and didn't want to pay us. We advised that we will take a police report. She then wrote us another check which again she wrote the business name wrong on the check. . Two of the checks were written wrong, After 40 minutes we finally left. The lady who wrote this review is the next door neighbor who's rude and was yelling at us. When we mentioned we needed a clear check with proper name. Please understand that we take our business very serious, and we tried our best to help the customer but unfortunately she was refusing to pay our service call that was mentioned prior to coming out to the job site. Thank you
