I had recently purchased a car from pioneer motors online. I found a2014 Dodge journey with ****** miles. I asked how it ran because I couldn't come test drive. Her said it was gone over by their mechanic and drive nicely. My total was ****** including tax and license. They delivered the car to my house. The appearance was nice but I noticed the two front tires were close to being bald and would not have passed an inspection. About 3 weeks later I recieved a call that they had 2 tires for me that they had totally forgotten about. First they should never had brought me the car with bad tires. But, I went to them and got the tires put on. The car was running nice but I noticed a smell like the converter and the car started slipping gears not always, but enough. I just got the plates for it on Saturday but haven't had a chance to put them on because my car doesn't run that well. I contacte pioneer motors to explain my situation and told him I hadn't even driven it ***** miles yet and it only had ****** miles on it I shouldn't be having motor problems only took my name and my number and he called me back about 15 minutes later and basically told me that since I didn't take an extended warranty on it that I was pretty much screwed and for me to call Dodge and see if there was anything they could do for me otherwise I was out of luck so I am a little upset I spent $****** and only drove ***** miles and now I'm probably going to lose my job. I went there because I read all their wonderful reviews and how they're all for total customer satisfaction but apparently this customer right here doesn't count so I'm giving them a very bad rating and a complaint I think that's very bad business. And if anything for that price I paid they should at least try to fix it for me to satisfy me as a customer. So the conclusion of our discussion and I said so basically I'm screwed and he said pretty much with no feeling whatsoever. When we owned a restaurant we would never treat our customer like that ever.Business response
