Ultracor products are made to order. And refunds are store credit only. They are not cheap and they take some time. I have been buying them for 7-8 years. The quality has gone downhill. I have a couple of pairs that do not have the compression that they had been known for -- I chalked it up to using a new fabric. My latest order has put me over the edge. And, the only way to know any of these changes is to have tried them on. I placed an order on Jan 8, 2025 and received on March 12, 2025. It was for the Hypersonic leggings (one of the more expensive). I have 3 other pairs. The waistband material is cheap and not the same fabric as the others. I keep having to pull them up. The rise is shorter than the others making them super uncomfortable. I have emailed them requesting a new pair made properly or a refund with new resolution. To be honest, all communication with them in the last 3 years has been terrible.Initial Complaint

Hi, I bought two pairs of leggings from Ultracor, they are not the same quality as I had previously expected ( i have two other pairs). They came with tears in the waistband, I have not heard back, there customer service line they give doesnt work. There is never ANY resolve. On November 25, 2024, I have placed an order with ************************** for2 pairs of black color leggings of size Small(order #*****), for which I got confirmation that order was received and confirmed. After more than 3 weeks I have followed up with ************************** on the status of my order though their website.The company maker workout apparel upon order receipt. It can take unto 3-4 weeks for order to me received.While there were no responses from the company customer services department, I received a notification by the Route App that order will be delivered on December 26, 2024. When I received order, the items that ************************** sent me were not the items I ordered, 2 pairs of leggings of wrong size (Medium - not Small) and wrong colors (Blue and Silver - not Black). I contacted ************************** regarding the problem of receiving wrong items on December 27, 2024 asking to issue a refund of $275.00 and sent a prepaid label to ship wrong items back. Or confirm about sending correct order. On December 31,st 2024 I have emailed another request for issuing a refund, sending a return label for wrong order or sending me a correct order. On January 1st I received a response from ************************** representative, ******, stating that they will be sending me a return label for wrong order and issue refund..On January 4, 2025, I sent another email (third time) asking kindly to resolve my order #***** for $275.00 purchase that was mishandled.Unfortunately, I am not receiving any responses except for the auto responses that someone from their customer service will be in contact with me.Loosing hope to get my order resolve with the company, I am asking for help to get a refund in the amount of $275.00 for the two pairs of black color leggings that I have not received as ordered.Initial Complaint

I created an exchange on a pair of leggings and they are not processing it or sending the replacement item. I sent the original item back to them as directed by them from the approved exchange request and it arrived to them on January 2nd. The return portal does not show any update and I tried getting in contact with on two separate occasions and received no response. I am now out over $250 and have nothing to show for it. I placed an order with this company on 10/16/2024, order number *****. I received an order confirmation in my email. This company makes workout apparel upon order receipt. It can take up to 28 days. I have not received any communication since this. Follow up to emails and contact from them from my contact have been unanswered. I just want a status of my order. I am still waiting for any kind of email response or eta of the items. Their phone numbers are either disconnected or their voicemail box is full. Im just checking status and now it has been almost 45 days since my order, well over the up to 28 days to process. I am just asking for a status and an estimated time of arrival for my order. And there is no follow up from the company ever. The only email I received was auto generated that they would respond within ************************************************************ my junk. I am asking for a phone call from the company with the status of my order and a phone number in which I can contact them with other questions. It seems kind of shady. I placed the initial order on February 13th and Ultracor provided no firm date of delivery throughout the entire process. I emailed support 5 times asking for an update and received nothing. The package didn't arrive until well into April and once I received the product, it was damaged and already outside the return window. After that, I finally heard from Ultracor after they realized my CC had reversed the charge. I've said it before and I'll say it again, this has been a very poor experience and I will never shop at Ultracor again, it seems others share my sentiment.Paid $128, refunded by my CC.The business has not tried to resolve the problem, they've only compounded it. Ultracor charged me for four items. They sent me two (2). They did not offer a refund or a shipment date for the other two items. I disputed the charge. They then fraudulently represented to my credit card company that I received all four items. I have filed a complaint with the ****Initial Complaint

A $350 order was placed 2.13, with an email confirmation was sent the same day, stating production time was 28 days. I emailed Ultracor on 3.15 requesting a status update. The auto responder said a reply would be sent within 48 hours. No reply, so another email was sent 3.21, another 3.26. ****** from Ultracor replied 3.27 saying she would check on the order, it should ship shortly and she would send the shipping confirmation. I emailed again 4.1 and again 4.3 and 4.5 for an update. On 4.5, I said I was reporting fraud to my credit card company and reporting to BBB. Ive also called the numbers they list, and all have voicemail boxes that are full.Business Response

This is disappointing, as I would expect a company who promotes a green footprint would be a responsible company that transacts with integrity.
