I upgraded my heating and air for my Home less than six months ago and for the price I was charged certainly service and product should be unmatched and I beg to differ. ******** the maintenance service *** today was great he was kind, thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He did my first maintenance today (six months later) One room the family room the air doesnt come out like the others and already theres additional work needed that should have been taken care of or addressed during installation. I appreciate good service and people but Six months later, summer and the system does not work to its full capacity. One room does not receive heat or cool air the same as the other rooms. This is something that clearly should have been determined upon installation and corrected especially after being charged thousands of dollars. This is my first maintenance check since being Installed. They have the best service people to tell you what else you can be charged for. I should not be left with one duct not attached and asked to pay or buy a new one for it in order for the great system to run properly especially after being told the ducts didnt need to be ***laced to get their great system. They got me, be careful and be precautious. I have a new thermostat, furnace and air conditioning system most of my house is feels good. ******** gets five stars but the company is Bad Business.

****** listened to my concerns and fixed the problem. He was professional and courteous. I will definitely ask for ****** if and when I have any future issues.

I want to say how satisfied I was with *******************. As I had expressed concern with the customer service representative when I call in and felt my concerns weren't really acknowledged or addressed, I had the conversation with him about my concerns and he was able to address my concerns and also fix my name, as the representative at the call center never corrected my last name and he did and showed me how everything now reflected how it should. That was one of the things he did, he had also checked all concerns I had regarding the service provided and what to expect, he made me feel valued as a customer, which was great as I also expressed to him and when I had called in how I was reluctant to renew my service membership, but as he had done his job so well and made me feel his company really cares and puts customer first and will correct anything that is needed, I felt at ease and I renewed my service membership because of him, all their service techs have been great when they come for the service, I really hope the training the service techs go through for customer service would me also applied to their call center.

***** was very efficient & effective as he serviced our ************ unit this morning. His service included changing the air filter, along with flushing water heater. Our service now includes a plumbing inspection which is a nice added service. Thanks American Air!

This was one of the best experiences I've had with an air conditioning technician. He serviced my air conditioner, as expected, but he went above and beyond what I expected. I don't think you'll find a nicer guy.
