****** was great: gave an honest explanation with pictures of the condition of the furnace, A/C and the water heater, cleaned equipment and will be back every 6 months to continue maintenance. Job well done.

**** was my Technician today. He performed a complete service on my AC/Heating unit. He checked my water heater and drain out some of the water. He also replaced my air filter in my main vent area. He was personable and took the time to explain everything he was doing. I really appreciate how thorough all the technicians are at American Air Conditioning and Heating!! Our last technician, ******, was exceptional! He did his work thoroughly and didnt give us a hard sell on services. However, the last time we had maintenance done, we had a junior technician waiting at our house for hours for one of the owners to come and try to give us a hard sell on almost $20K worth of work, despite our AC unit being only a few years old (and installed by them). I lost an entire day of work to their antics and scare tactics.American AC Heat Plumbing

****** and his sidekick were professional, thorough and friendly. On time. Here to perform the winter house and water heater service. They did not make a mess as they wore booties and put down floor coverings when using their ladder to access the attic space to check the ducting and insulation. Showed me pictures of the heater interior, the ducting and insulation. Serviced the water heater I purchased from them a few years ago. Caution: they are expensive. But when I need assistance they were available and there.4 stars due to expensive.American AC Heat Plumbing
