    Scam. It doesnt work-arrived faulty & the site offers 90 day guarantee but its not true. You can return it, at your expense for 50% of the cost of the item-where is the 90 day guarantee? I shouldnt have any expense for a faulty product. Terrible business!!

    Waste of money. Product doesnt work. Sheet doesnt fit a queen mattress. Pockets are very shallow. Cotton fabric is very cheap. The plug in is for appearance only. It is not connected to anything at all on the sheet other than a snap. The wire doesnt connect to the silver thread that the mention in marketing materials. If a silver thread exist at all. It is not visible to the human eye or a metal detector. This company is a full on scam. Do not give them your money. Much less $150 for a single fitted sheet that will not fit a common sized queen mattress with standard depth.

    Upon opening my mat I noticed a strong order. I can't really describe it. Maybe a type of plastic or chemical coating? The order didn't fade and when inspecting the mat it was clear the product would continue to have this order for some time. This unusual order made me uncomfortable and I made the decision to return. That's when I discovered the products of this company are manufactured in *****. That made me very uncomfortable. I tried unsuccessfully to reach a customer representative but the phone number on the website only goes to voicemail. Next I started a 2 week email process with *******. Although the emails were polite, I found the return procedures to to lengthy and annoying. I had to include a copy of my shipping receipt and was asked for an inventory of all items returned. This is after I had stated the order number and included a photo picture of my order confirmation. Bottom line Grounded Well's claim of 100% percent money back guarantee is a long process with unnecessary requests. If I give a company an order number they should have the means to look the order up, verify the purchase and complete the return. All the emails with questions and verifications felt like a ploy to make the return complicated in hopes of frustrating me to the point that I would just keep the product. Especially being offered a 30% discount/refund and told I could keep all products - this happened in the beginning of the return process/emails. I will look for another grounding mat and I will make it a priority that it is manufactured in the ******** of experience: December 01, 2024

    This is the worst company, and customer service by far to have to deal with. I wish I inquired about this company before purchasing from them. I ordered a few items from them. 1st issue when I finalized my purchase I didn’t realize that I left a fitted sheet in my cart in error. I reached out before it shipped to please remove that one item and to credit my account. They sent a response stating it was too late, but I should accept the package and then return the item. Ok. My 2nd problem **** status states it was delivered, but I was unable to recover the package. I reached out to GW and they basically told me it was my problem, and that I needed to reach out to **** to try to track it and then let them know. When I contacted **** after five attempts online and 50 minutes on hold to create a ticket for someone to call me back the woman stated because this company used a third-party delivery service and not **** priority mail. I was unable to create a claim and they were not responsible for the package. I reach back out to grounding well and at this point, I am beyond frustrated with the time I’ve spent trying to get some type of support and a resolution. It all falls onto the customer. At this point I do not want to give them my business! I want a refund which they refused. They offered to re-ship the items but can’t assure me to use a reputable delivery service. I reluctantly agreed, but asked if they could please take off the original sheet that I left in the cart in error and they told me no they can’t make changes to the order and I asked why not it hasn’t shipped out yet? I am only going to return it! Why waste more of my time? They make it impossible and now Id hate to see if and when I receive the items that I spent over $300 on if they even work! After reading their reviews on here, it’s very disheartening. What if I don’t like the product and I want to return it are they going to refuse b/c my 1st package went missing? More aggravation.

    I ordered the sheet and immediately had an issue after washing as recommended. I emailed the company to let them know there was an issue and included pictures. I received a response from ******* telling me that was normal and to use the others attachments. I proceeded to try the sheet for a few weeks and decided I could tell no difference. I then decided to start a return for a refund. I emailed the company once again to which ******* responded back that I needed to send pictures. I did but I also questioned her as to the reason why pictures were necessary to process a refund because their refund policy does not state pictures need to be supplied before being granting a refund. It simply states for any reason within 90 days, to be in good condition, and with the original packaging. It felt like the refund was being made to be more difficult and time consuming to possibly get me frustrated and stop the process so they wouldnt have to issue the refund. I shipped it back and waited. Over a month later, I still had not received the refund, so I reached out again to inquire. ******* responded back stating that I needed to provide the receipt number in order to process the refund. I responded back with screenshot photos of 1) the refund policy on their website showing nowhere does it state that I need to provide anything more for the refund to occur, 2) the *** stating that refund would process within 1 day of receiving the product, and 3) the tracking number showing my product was received 4 weeks earlier on September 3. I have received my refund today October ******, finally. But I warn others to be wary of doing business with this company because I feel their product isnt a quality product that they stand behind, and their business practices are dishonest to say the least. Thankfully I did my research on their policy and chose to hold onto the shipping receipt just in case. Im glad I did because I know that is the only reason I received a refund.

    Catherine Harrison and I received my grounding mat last month and it does work. I have called customer service number and refers me to email. It says you will respond within 24 hours and I have emailed you three times and no response. I have even given you my phone number and no response. I was requesting another mat but maybe you need to credit my account . The mat was $69 and I have tried it in all my outlets and it’s not working.I need to talk to a person
