    Ordered a cyston trench coat for a costume. Sent photos of exactly what i was looking for. Gave me a 10 to ************************************************ After 26 weeks I still don't have the coat.

    I ordered the jacket for my husband as a birthday gift.It is awesome. My husband just loved it. I love the material, fit, look and everything. Its just awesome. I am a leather jacket lover and I am 200% satisfied with the product as well as the customer service i experience. For leather jackets, I dont think I will ever go to any other place and I also think every one should buy leather jackets for the jacket makers only.

    So thrilled with the jacket, could not be happier.Been searching for a jacket similar to one I purchased 40 years ago that no longer fits my current body shape. Didn't know that jackets can change over time - lol.Whilst not the same as close as anything I have seen since.Slight delay in dispatch but after so many years of searching not a big worry anyway.Was kept well informed throughout & the final product was of excellent quality & make.

    I was very happy with my custom jacket. I did find the measurement system confusing, and I needed to return the first jacket. The replacement was perfect and I ordered a second because the measurements were right on. The time to receive the jacket was longer than expected, so I recommend a 4 month advance order. I was very happy with the price and the quality of the suede and zippers. The stitching was uniform and the pockets and collar were aligned correctly. The custom feature is very nice, selecting a color I did find difficult because you need to rely on the internet color presentation and that is like watching the different TVs at some store. I did get the color I wanted, but I had to wait until it arrived. I would have given it a 5 stars, if the measurement system was simpler, and the color selection was simpler. The waiting time I think is very reasonable, it is a custom jacket.

    Working with this company was an EXCELLENT experience right from the get-go. Very quick response upon reaching out, and continued quick responses throughout the process. We had a quick turn-around and they were able to accommodate with no hiccups whatsoever. Our company works with many vendors and this was an exceptional experience. Also, the jackets turned out great!! I would highly recommend to anyone.

    I received my awesome custom made raw denim jacket yesterday and wore it to work today. It is an amazing custom piece. I wanted raw denim with bright green stitching with silver buttons. I did send an image as to what I wanted and it is perfection and fits like a glove. They even noticed my measurements I originally sent to them were a bit off and sure enough, they were correct. So they helped make sure it was a great fit. I got many compliments today. ***** was my designer assistant and he was great with updates and the the final photos. I will treasure this jacket and it will get better and better with wear.

    Im not sure why there are poor ratings for this company, maybe bitter people trying to bring down a company? Anyway, I had an absolutely AMAZING experience from the start: I did my research and decided I did not want to buy form Macys or any store from the mall then found this company. I emailed them to inquire about custom fit jackets and they got back to me right away. I got the jackets in no time and the quality was AMAZING. Not only were they very professional and responsive by email, but they truly provided a quality product for the price. Comments on here act like they paid thousands for this jacket, lol. Its actually very affordable and worth every *****. Thank you!

    I just purchased my first Jacket from "the Jacket Maker". iIt did not fit me as well as I had expected. I contacted them, and exchanged it for one that fit me perfectly. They insisted that I include body measurements to insure a perfect fit. I did as instructed and the new jacket I received, within 10 days, fit as if were tailor made. I will definately purchase another jacket from them in the future. They were most accommodating.
