They hide charges in the contract. was told when signing up that i was in a month to month membership. They have a yearly maintance charge that they randomly charge. when i was trying to dispute this charge they charged me a late fee.. Tried to cancel the membership was told i could not cancel the membership because i hadn't paid the fee that they randomly charged me 2 days after my regular monthly membership. then on top of this instead of ending your membership when you dont pay they continue to charge you late fees and will not let you cancel... I moved out of state and tried to cancel my membership... they told me i have to pay for another month even though i moved out of area. I only wanted to work out and be healthy not be taken advantage of by some unscrupulous sales person who said one thing and had me sign a contract that was full of hidden fees and restrictions. I work out for mental health and the gym has always been my safe space. I feel violated and taken advantage of. the fact that they are still trying to milk money out of me for "access" to a gym i have no chance of accessing... I probably would have kept the membership if there was a ufc gym near where i moved. but that ended up not being the case. i'm glad that they aren't because after this experience i dont even think i want to watch the entertainment that this organization puts out. absolutely awful
