    I asked this company to make a blog for me. I gave them the exact pattern that I wanted to have my blog look like. Apparently they didnt have either the right skill or the right technic to do my order the way I asked them to do. That is why they built up a web site which was exactly opposite to what I wanted. I asked them a few time to fix it, their respond was negative. I asked them to help me to make the one that they have built at least functional (that was in the contract), they said I had to hire some one else to do that for me. I have all the documents to prove my claim.

    Hello *****, you originally came to ** with a very specific website and asked us to replicate it. We replicated it exactly as you asked. After the website was created, you then emailed us weeks later with a picture of a hand-drawn design and asked us to rebuild your website again to match this new drawing. You asked us to create a website that looked like a newspaper. You said you did not want the design to be mobile friendly, you wanted it to look exactly like the drawing you made on paper. I explained that the WordPress website we built, that you originally asked for, could not be converted to look like your drawing. We then made more than 10 revisions for you and did our best to create the exact layout you gave us on paper, except our layout was mobile friendly so people who viewed your website on a mobile device or tablet would not have to use two fingers to zoom in to read your content. You decided that was not good enough, you then filed a chargeback with your credit card company. Had you brought us your hand-drawn picture initially and explained to us that you wanted a "blog" site that looked like a newspaper that was not mobile friendly, we would have told you this design was not possible with Wordpress. You initially came to us and asked us for a Website that looked like another website. We still have the sample website you provided us and the initial website we built online, which are an exact match. I am sorry you did not win your chargeback and are maybe upset, but we did exactly what you asked us to do. Thank you and we are still available to make edits to the site we created for you, feel free to call or email us anytime.
