  I have been emailing and calling the company for 3 days I can not get ahold of anyone. No one has emailed me back. I placed my order on March ******* I want to cancel my order but I can't get ahold of anyone.

  Purchased stationary stand 12/17/2024 and Streetstrider immediately billed my credit card for $558.82. As of 2/10/2025, I have not received the stand and the company does not return phone calls (you can only leave a message). Emails sent to their published address get kicked back immediately. Credit card chargeback is my next course of action.

  ...unfortunately, I've hesitated to write this review, in giving the owner the chance to resolve what has been the WORST customer service experience in our grown adult lives.We've waited patiently for our funds to be returned, with no resolve.We purchased the NEW e-bike that he has advertised and owned LESS than 30 days, $5000.00 + in expenses and NO communication. The credit card company had stopped payment WITH the bike from our ask... personally driven and hand-delivered to their garage (bike/completely broken - they would NOT return calls and not pick up from us - we are less than 10 miles from their location) and told we were under the 30 days and would be refunded. A young gentleman (very pleasant) was the person who returned the bike and said he would file and payment would be made within 5 days....(GOING on 1 month and 1/2 with NO resolve AND they have their property hand delivered by us - I would call that THEFT) - continuing with legal action from our TEAM.*THE ENTIRE BACK WHEEL CAME OFF WHILE RIDING down the street in TRAFFIC (Could have resulted with a serious incident or death)

  I purchased a 7i. I really enjoyed using it. I used it so much, the tires got worn and I needed to purchase 2 new front tires. They are always out of stock on streetstrider site.I tried relentlessly looking for the proper tires everywhere including Amazon.I found I could buy them from Amazon, but they were shipping from *****.Well, the tires got lost in shipping.I received a refund from Amazon, but I still cant use my strider because there are no tires available anywhere.It really *****.

  So frustrated, my trike is out of commision and the company will not sell me a wheel because they are short on parts. All their parts are custom so i cant buy a wheel hub from anywhere else. They suggested a site to order it from and they do not carry it so what a joke. Just an fyi to people thinking about buying one, great when it works but repairs are a nightmare

Parts are often readily available, however since we are not a direct distributor for these specific hubs, we only receive a limited quantity as replacement parts for warranties and other things. For non-warranty related issues, we can direct you to an alternative source who should be able to provide the requested parts.

  Great Bike! I have had no issues. My husband put it together with no issues. I love riding this, and it is definitely a workout.
