I had a terrible experience at Huntington Beach Jeep. I recently purchased a 2021 gladiator from them, and within the 3 weeks I've had it, I discovered severe corrosion underneath the vehicle. When I took the car to a mechanic, I was shocked to find out that the corrosion had been there for a while and should have been disclosed before the sale. The dealership failed to mention this serious issue at any point during the transaction. I've been here already 3 times trying to get a resolution and I've just been going around in circles. It's clear they were trying to unload a damaged car without any transparency. I feel completely deceived, and I'm disgusted by their lack of honesty, to the point where the used car service manager didn't even care to hear me out. He couldn't even give me the peace of mind to leave it and offer me a loaner. He said "we don't do loaners for used cars." Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. They clearly don't care about their customers or the condition of the cars they're selling. I should have known the moment i did not want to buy my first wrangler from here. Stay away from this dealership! Manager replied to my review on ******, left me a number to call, i have been calling the last 2 days, leaving voicemails and i still cant get a hold of the Manager. I dont know how a business is ran with customer service like this.

Dealer including body shop is a joke. Called & texted numerous times to get a work ************ promised to replace the rear bumper of my new truck they damaged within 30 days, to no avail. Even a recently former ******** has been trying to get hold of multiple staff members, including the General Manager, & they're all ignoring the calls. Very unprofessional & I do not recommend. I've purchased over 10 cars in my life time and this was hands down the worst experience I have had.Strike 1 - they didn't take outside financing for which we were pre-approved. I asked other **** dealerships and they had no issue taking outside pre-approved financing. On top of this, we had a 5.14% pre-approved loan but couldn't get under 9% at this dealership.Strike 2 - put in a $4,500 extended warranty without telling us. When I asked to have it removed, they added extra expenses elsewhere to make up for it.Strike 3 - $5,800 worth of dealer added stuff to the car of which nearly $3,000 was from a preventative maintenance package (i.e. protection from dents, blown tires, lost keys, etc . . .). Wouldn't take out this package from price (or took it out and added it back as a hidden fee elsewhere).When I expressed my displeasure with nearly $10,000 of extra costs added onto a $30,000 vehicle, the unprofessional sales person said 'When was the last time you bought a car boss?' I replied two years ago and didn't have any of this extra stuff. Bottom line - 3 strikes and you're out. ***** this dealership and go elsewhere. We went to Santa Moncica Jeep instead and they took our pre-approved loan (and also helped us find an even cheaper one with a lower rate), didn't hide $4,500 worth of an extended warranty, and didn't add any $5,800 extra stuff to the price. It was so bad it was almost comical at the end. I took my car to get worked on it cost me almost $8000 to do this work done. I took it two times after this so I could get fixed properly and they didnt do a good job. It looks like a five-year-old. This job has got seal everywhere, on the motor, oil filter. It just looks like a sloppy job done by a 4 year old kid and not by professionals Mechanics that work there. Very horrible job very horrible communication between me never called me once within the seven days that were there to give me an update. I had to call them and find out what was going on with my car.Also, they put the wrong heat motor cover on it, The one they put on this from a different vehicle, not Dodge Journey. This is how bad these people are at this facility. I recommend you not taking it to these places at all..The only reason I took it to them was for the warranty. Other than their jobs that they do are horrible not complete at all every time I take my car and get it back theres something not installed properly. I take it to the dealership thinking they had the best professional mechanics there but apparently not theyre untrained unprofessional and they dont even double check the work that they do. Its always sloppy work done and your car getting in return and incomplete status. If you do end up Taking your vehicle to the dealership, I would suggest to lift open your hood and look at the job. They did just to make sure it got done completely and not find out at home that something is not plugged in properly or something else is wrong. I am very upset because I put $8000 to get this issue fixed the first time and I had to take it back three times and then I open my hood and find a sloppy job done to my maintenance. That is horrible work done by the facility, unprofessional all around.They dont even deserve that one star I put up there trying to take it off instead of getting negative stars for being Horrible, so-called professional mechanics and management.Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Called the Dealer ship in hope of getting a Dodge Durango they had on the lot for about 38k on their website. i thought this was a good deal, however, the internet sales *** stated that the dealership add a "dealer installed protection package" that included but limited to, GPS tracking, Ceramic Paint coating, etc. for about 5k added to the asking price. This package is not listed on the vehicles page on their website nor on the "window sticker". So while they add great discounts and rebates to lower the asking price to make it enticing for customers, they turn around and become deceitful by stating that this protection package cannot be removed and can only be discounted...This dealer needs to learn that while this action is not illegal, just morally wrong, and should not be adding anything to the vehicles unless it is requested by the customer, or if the dealerships insurance carrier requires the added protection(i.e. anti-theft system). Merely stating that the vehicle needs the protection because of the weather elements or theft prevention, is not in any way a valid reason to bait and switch the out the door price.the sales *** i spoke to, maid a comment stating that they have not lost anyone over this " dealer installed protection package", after reading these reviews here, i know that was a lie.Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Bait and switch. Spoke with *************************** this morning. Told him our situation and was told pricing over the phone. Asked if that was the all in price before taxes and was told, yes. Went in and they wanted to change the price. had a ton of excuses but all lies. The conversation is recorded, we asked for them to play it and they said no. Manager *********************** was not helpful and understanding of his employees lies. Asked them to honor the price and they would not. one of the most dishonest dealership in **********. I am surprise these brands will allow such people miss with their brand reputation. We were hassled and lied just like that. The manager ******************* just came to us and told us to make him a deal if we want to buy the car. I told him we will pay the asking price and he replied, I need more money to make the deal work !! what is that?? They display cheap prices online and once they get the customers, they start harassing them for more money. It was so unprofessional and unnecessary to waste our time. These people need to be investigated as there is no way this is legal. Sadly there are no laws in ********** to protect consumers from car dealerships. I wonder how many people got scammed in this dealership. I will never purchase a JEEP, Chrysler, Dodge or Ram ever. This dealership is useless. I would not recommend them to anybody. They offered me marginally more than another dealership, which is why I chose to sell my car to them, but it was absolutely not worth the money. When selling, they refused a bill of sale signed by myself and the other title holder because the other title holder was not present, claiming it is DMV policy. I showed them the policy on DMV website stating that the signed bill of sale does not need to be notarized or witnessed, but they insisted that it must be sent in the mail and notarized by the other title holder in another state. After jumping through these hoops and following their request, I delivered the title and signed bill of sale, for which I had to wait hours to receive my check because the entire office staff went out to lunch at 12 and did not return until after 1:30. There was nobody left to keep the business running. This place is unprofessional and the staff is not friendly. If I could do it over, I would much rather take a few less dollars elsewhere to be treated like a human.Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Automobile purchasers beware. Don't even think about it; just don't go there. The Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership is comprised of the worst group of SLEAZE Bags, I have ever come in contact with! Buyers remorse. I certainly wish I had read previously posted customer complaints on this website, BEFORE I made my visit. I have purchased many new as well as a few "used" cars over the years,, but this is the only one I truly regret. Their advertised "special"; yes you guessed it, if it sounds too good to be true, it isn't. . A very low advertised price for a "new" 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee, that turned out to be a "dealer demo" with almost 5K miles on it. The additional "mandatory" $4500 plus add on (dealer installed) package, which was 'impossible to remove', but was "reduced" in half, to "make-the-deal". Intending to pay cash, but unable to get sale price etc if not financing. Against my better judgement, the total "out-the-door" price met my expectations and I bought it. Then it went down hill very quickly. The third day I had the car it would not start! I had AAA come and jump start it, took it to the dealership. They replaced the batteries and then two days later the car wouldn't start again. Again AAA and again to dealer where it remained for ~5 days. Come pick it up they said: 'We couldn't find anything wrong, but it's good to go'. Again, against my better judgement, I took it home and two days later AAA, back to dealership where it remained for almost a month. A LEMON! Absolutely no assistance, guidance nor certainly any "sympathy" on the part of the dealership. HB Jeep responses included: 'This is not a dealership problem of issue' 'We don't build the cars, we only sell them' 'you're on your own in dealing with FCA ***** Chrysler Automobiles). I did face FCA "alone" and finally received a "buy back" (refund). No thanks to HB Jeep. Buyer Beware!Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram
