Vivid Imaging Solutions, Inc. does not warranty any O.E.M products therefore, O.E.M items should be pursued with therespective O.E.M manufacturer. Customers must obtain prior approval for any returns or claims from our returns department within 30 days of purchased invoice date. A return merchandise authorization number "RMA" and Shipping instructions will be provided. Any merchandise returned without RMA number will be refused. All returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee and must be in saleable condition. Accounts that are 90 days past due will be submitted to a collections agency.
