    I ordered 3 hoodies from DearPersonCo. They sent a few emails and the last one received was the shipping and tracking info. This stated that the package had been shipped. The tracking link shows the package as delivered. I havent received anything and would like my money back. Ive emailed 3x now to no avail not response. Its pretty pathetic that this company promoting mental health awareness would scam innocent people thinking they were supporting a good cause. Shame shame shame

    I ordered two sweatshirts from ************** for *****. They sent me a tracking number and they claimed it was delivered. However, I never received anything. I emailed them they said they would send a replacement and then refused to ever reply to my emails. They stole my money and I filed a claim wiyb bank and they responded that since company has this tracking I am out money. I want my money returned since this place is a scam.

    I ordered two shirts months ago. I have not received them. They said they were on their way, but that was 6 months ago.

    An order was placed on April 24th, 2022 for two (2) sweatshirts totaling $111.99. The shirts never arrived and I reached out numerous times via email and social media and received one response thanking me for my patience and telling me that the order would ship soon. I received a shipping confirmation on June 3rd stating that the label has been created and **** was awaiting the package. The status is the same today, July 11th, 38 days later. The package never arrived to the post office and my many many many attempts to contact this company have gone unanswered. It seems to me that this company is nothing but a scam and as far as I am concerned they stole $111.99 from me. I would like to get my money returned for the item that were never sent.

    On March 11th I purchased and paid $52.00 for a sweatshirt online, I received a confirmation email that the order was placed. Several weeks later I received a **** tracking number that a shipping label had been made. Tracking No. ******************************. After several weeks of not seeing the **** receive the package for shipment, I reached out to the company. I have contacted them through their ********* Instagram, and E-mail accounts and have not gotten a response back. They still send me promotional emails and I see them all over my social media. It seems that this is a common occurrence after looking into the reviews. I can forward all e-mails confirming the order if you would like.

    I purchased a shirt from the dear human website on April 9th, 2022. The total came out to $28.99. I was told shipping would take **** days. It is now may 9th and I have not received any shipping information or any kind of notice that shipping has been delayed. I tried to email the company but the email came back saying it was not an active email address. I used the contact us page to send an email 3 days ago and have not heard back. I have provided the charge on my bank statement.
