      Made an order online from west coast vape supply, they took my money but arent replying to emails or answering phones. The order status is stuck at order placed no farther updates or ways to communicate with said company. Its an absolute scam.

Company has many complaints with BBB about charging and not shipping products and stealing from consumers. Company has an F rating with BBB and refuses to respond to consumers inquiries, the just rip them off and disappear

      I contacted West Coast Vape Supplies and asked them if they were legally allowed to send me vape juice (Mad Hatter - 30ml bottled - 25mg) When I emailed them, i explained that my previous supplier was no longer sensing to *********. WCVS responded by blatantly lying and that they were regulary sending their prosucts to *********, without any issues. They also said that if there were any issues, they would refund me. They told me that if there was any issues, customs would return the product and they would refund me. I took them on their word, assuming they were correct with their statements, especially regarding customs returning the items and them refunding me and because they told me they were doing this regulary. Since then, i have been notified that customs have seized the items and customs to not return itmes to the sender, especially when the items are banned products. There is no doubt at all that WCVS knew this prior to accepting the order, particulary when they told me that they were still currently sending this product to ********* regulary and a big part of their business is supplying these products to internatonal markets. I want WCVS to honour the agreemnet set out prior to placing my order and refund me immediately. It is unacceptable for this company to lie to me, assure me that there were no issues, despite knowingly sending (what i now know) is a prohibited substance and guarenteeing me a refund if there were any issues. I have already contacted them multiple times and explained to this company that i am surviving on a disability pension after having spinal surgery and i cannot affort to lose AU$260, especially after being told there wouldn't be any issues and they would refund me if neccessary.       Placed an order, they took my money and havent fulfilled my order. Ive emailed numerous times, called, nothing. They have my money and wont respond. Ive now found multiple things online that theyve just closed and arent going to refund money on unfulfilled orders.

      I placed an order on March 29, 2024 for 9 bottles of Reds Apple Ejuice 100ml, order #*******, total $119.79. Received a confirmation email that the order has been sent via Regional tracking number RSC5555591181. My husband contacted West coast vape supply and was told the package would be delivered no later than today (04/22/24). The package has not been delivered and the tracking number gives no information other than its been received by a Final Mile Carrier on 04/10/24. If the package is not coming I would like a refund. It has been almost a whole month now and no package has arrived, but my credit card was charged.

      On February 10, 2024 I placed an order with West Coast Vape Supply for two Geek Bar Pulse Disposable Vapes. The order was confirmed in *******. Shipping method states: Shipping plus signature fee is 2-8 days. On February 23, 2024 I emailed the company requesting any updated tracking information they may have on my order as it had not arrived yet. That same day they emailed me back and provided me with the same tracking information that I had. Tracking # RSC50843C9688. Package left sort facility to arrive at final mile carrier for next scan dated Friday February 16, 2024 at 10:59 a.m. that was twelve days ago. No other help or information was offered. I want my money back! I am so very disappointed as I have made purchases in the past and never had any delivery issues until now.

      On November 17th I purchased a product from them. Now two weeks later on December first the package was marked delivered but was NOT delivered. I immediately asked them for a refund when the tracking said two weeks. They ignored. They told me the expected delivery date was wrong and that it would likely come much sooner. Didnt even come at all. These people stole my money and they are doing it to others as well. Just read their reviews online. They are ripping people off and they need to be investigated.

      This company is required to get an adult signature by law. They charge for the signature service but aren't purchasing it with the shipper. I called **** to verify this. I always see a signature fee on my receipt but never had to sign. I've been paying for the additional fees for over 3 years now and just found out it's ********** law that they must obtain a signature. So they're scamming customers out of their hard earned money and not following the law. This tracking number will verify my claim. **** **** **** **** **** 07 **** delivered on 10-04-2023. I was charged but they didn't buy the signature from ****. I want them to refund me for ALL prior orders where I was charged and they kept my money! I've reached out to West coast vape and they won't respond. **** told me they also believe they are adding additional weight to the package because 3 vape juice bottles don't weight over a pound. They're 4.1 oz volume each!

      They sold me expired vape juice. It is not consumable. The manufacturer suggested to me that I do not use the product.
