      I purchased a glock 19 slide for $705 last year from DWS. They asked me to return the slide with my internals so another $300 in parts. The slide was defective so I returned it in December 2021. It was repaired and was supposed to be shipped back to me on 1/19/22. I have never received shipping info. I contacted them 7 times by email and 4 times by phone. No one will get back to me. I spoke with director of sales. D she supposedly had no idea what was going on.

      We show in our database the client was contacted to n the 1/19/2021 and provided a new shipping address for us To send the slide back. The slide was repaired and sent back as well as a shipping label with tracking provided. Ill be happy to set a call up with the client today.

      I contacted DWS to get my pistol barrel coated a different colour, they told me the wait time was 4-6 weeks. This was on the 07/26/21. Now its over 6 months and they keep telling me, a little more time. They dont even pick up or respond to emails and Instagram messages. I have the messages in my Instagram saved if needed. They will not return my barrel. I told them give me a refund and send my barrel back, and they wouldnt respond. Please help!!! Thank you

      As weve explained to the customer the coating companies we use as well as basically everyone uses in the industry is absolutely lagging on leadtimes, updates, emails and calls. They drop off when they please and share no info. As a business you can image this is not only a major issue for us but also our clients. Were doing all we can to keep clients updated. Using our social media posts to reach out clients, stories on all platforms and emails. We no longer are taking preorders for barrels and parts to avoid this issue for future clients but were at the mercy of these companies for the time being at least until all items are returned. Id ask the customer to reach out and ask for ***** and Ill be happy to keep them updated and do what I can.

      On 6/9/21 I placed an order on from Dynamic Weapon Solutions to have my slide milled. I shipped my slide in the following day 6/10/21 The amount paid by me was $110.00. Inside of the package included my slide, a front and rear iron sight, and a Holosun 509-T Red Dot Sight optic to be installed by Dynamic Weapon Solutions after the milling process. On 7/3/21 I received the milled slide back in the mail with the iron sights installed. However, the 509-T was not installed or in the box. I assumed they could not install it for me and had sent it back separately because it contains a battery and that it had to be shipped via ground service. I reached out to DWS and was advised by an unknown representative that they would get the issue resolved and reach out to their shipping department. Id receive no tracking info or any info at all. After months, I then spoke to the *** ***** on 9/4/21. He assured me he would get the issue resolved and has now ghosted me again. I feel like giving up.

      Nobody has ghosted this client as they put it. Weve sent a few emails and messages with no response. Well continue to reach out until the matter is resolved.

      that is not true. I have not received any email from you guys since 09/08/21 from ***** telling me he was sick. I have attached proof of it. (Besides today, he emailed me today 09/20/21 telling me that no one is ghosting me.) Please give me my property back. Stop with the run around. If one of your employees dropped the ball by sending it to the wrong person or stole it, take ownership and make it right. Heck, at this point I dont care if you guys have to order a used one to replace it for me. I just want it back so I can use it. I was so excited to get my slide milled so I could run a 509T and now its turned into a nightmare.

      No you have not. I have messaged you guys on multiple occasions where I get left with no response at all. Including the last 2 times Ive reached out to you (*****). I understand you guys are trying to not make your company look bad here on BBBs website but, lying is not okay. You guys have a huge customer service issue going on and instead of blaming customers or the pandemic or whatever you guys blame it on, you need to take responsibility and ownership of your own business and improve and fix it. There is so many horror stories about you guys online its unbelievable. You claim to have sent it back finally but I havent received any tracking number or any email stating that. And I hate to say it but, due to my terrible experience with you guys, I wont believe it until I see it here in my hands. I sent you an email requesting this supposed, tracking number for my item you shipped back. Please send it to me Ive dealt with this way too long. If its still not taken care of, my next step is contacting the FTC.

      On January 23rd I placed an order for a slide cut with the company. On March 6th I correct the order to a precut slide through email communications. The companys website advertises 8 weeks to complete orders. On May 12th I emailed the business to obtain an update. I received a response the same day saying it was to be manufactured and shipped from the next batch received. After waiting another 12 weeks I emailed the business on August 19, informing them that I want a full refund due to the significant delay in receiving my product. After many hours and multiple phone conversations they agree to give me a full refund for $410. September 6 I email them requesting an update on the refund; no response. On September 13 I email them again informing them if I dont receive my refund I will be filing a complaint with BBB; no response. I have the email string of all correspondence mentioned for BBB review.

      Was unaware of this issue until now. If you could contact me directly Id be happy to help. I see the client has placed an order for a slidecut and then was corrected in may to a precut. Will follow up and see what happen.

      upper management recently became aware of this issue and it will be resolved accordingly. Not sure on a resin for the delay as we just became aware of it yesterday after having a conversation with the client. Just like we told him, will make sure the matter gets resolved in Tuesday when we return to normal working staff.
