    Ladies they are LYING they are STEALING sistas money by NEVER delivering the wig and ignoring the heck outta ya. I paid them for TWO wigs that cost over $100 each they only sent ONE and will NOT respond to emails they WILL ignore you and Keep your money. Which last time I checked that's called STEALING. I was patient, I sent multiple nice emails requesting the tracking. Sistas, I was ignored; that's stealing. Please don't risk your hard earned money on a merchant that won't respect us after choosing their business. They want the business of black women then disrespectfully cheat and steal from us. Their BBB IS AN F from not responding to sistas complaints. They just steal from sistas then play in our face with dumb spam emails. No respect at all only blantenly stealing because they think sistas will just let it go. Not this sista!

    I have been looking for a reputable online wig shop, and an ad for Nadula Hair came up on my ******* feed. I went to their website to see what they had to offer, and they began to ask if I wanted to receive messages from their site to receive coupons, prizes, etc. and I gave them my information (email, phone number) immediately they began sending me messages about possibly winning wigs, huge discounts for wigs and so on. I saw their wigs, and they all were long hair wigs and shoulder length. Unfortunately, I don't look great in long and shoulder length hair as I prefer the short Pixie styles better, and that's all I've ever worn. I however ******* their site to find out if they are indeed a reputable business, and ****** said that they were. Meanwhile, I'm receiving messages from Nadula three times a day on some days. about $300, $ 100, off on wigs and hurry, for the offers expire that given night. I have gone back on the site to see if they had anything that would be of interest to me.They continue to send messages , 50% off, you've won the larger lace 7x5 precut, etc. Sunday, 11/17/2024, 10:30 am. I get this message from Nadula Hair: " Thank u ordered from us 3 times, so we offer u $120 off coupon and free Hot-Comb/ ROBE! Expire Tonight! Code: VIP120: ******************************************** stop to opt out. I never ordered anything from them at anytime. Am I misunderstanding something? Another message that was sent Thursday, 11/14/2024 says, "Hi! Your $500 off coupon applied to ur unpaid order delivered. Can't be used tomorrow! Hurry to claim and use it. Is this message stating that if I should order from them they will apply the $500 off coupon? I know that I would not have ordered anything from them because the wigs are mainly long haired ones, which I have zero interest in. Do I have a legitimate complaint?

    I placed an order over the weekend. Its going on 3 to 5 days and I cant even search my order. Doesnt give me any type of detail. Cant call customer service. Im wondering if this is some type of fraudulent account I have no information regarding my product that I ordered.

    I ordered a wig because I received an email from Nadula hair that was priced at $166.00. The coupon code was for $100.00 off for Mothers Day. My card was charged for the regular price. I contacted the company and was told that they could only offer me $20.00 off because the hair is now on sale. Now I have to jump thru hoops and play the waiting game for a full refund.

    Ever since I purchased a wig from this company I get several text messages a day. I replied stop, but it didnt help. They are now texting me everyday from different numbers. Blocking doesnt help because of the different numbers. At this point Im feeling harassed and I want it to stop.

    Nadula hair company is harassing me through texts, emails and whatsapp, telegram. Whatever communication channel they can. Ive unsubscribed, blocked and told them to stop on several occasion and they wont. They text me from different numbers each time I block one they text me from another. I initially blocked due to excessive text messages and emails in the first place and the company wont stop. Its causing me extreme anxiety and stress. I erased alot of the correspondence from the hair company because I thought they'd initially stop. It was incessant every day multiple times a day.

    The customer service is completely ridiculous and stole my money. I spent 314.30$ for 2 WIGS on their website. I RECIEVED a *** box with a big hole in it, when I opened the package I found 1 dusty wig that I DID NOT ORDER. I CONTACTED NADULA THROUGH THEIR EMAIL AS SUGGESTED. I SENT PICTURES OF THE **** ORDER LIST, AND WIG. WE WENT BACK AND FORTH FOR DAYS WITH THEM ASKING ME TO SEND PICTURE AFTER PICTURE. I THREATENED TO TELL ON THEM AND THEY SENT ME HALF MY MONEY BACK 146.82$. Said that I told them that I RECIEVED the other wig which is a lie and now they request that I send the wig back so they can investigate the wig to receive my whole refund. I have pictures and proof of what I RECIEVED and how I opened it. I will send them their wig back after and only after they send me my whole refund. I Think They Know What They Did And Don't Approve of Me Saying Anything. But I'm here to say I want my money back and won't be buying from them again. COMPLETE SCAM MIND YOU THIS THE FIRST TIME I EVER ATTEMPTED AND LAST TIME I WILL BUY A WIG OF THE ****

    They canceled my order. And still took my money. I never got a confirmation email only texts saying they received the payment then I few minutes later a text saying the canceled the order because the payment is pending and to use a different payment method and it will be denied by my bank. But the money still went through.
