I order a **** camaro steering wheel from Classic Industries one year ago under invoice # ********. It is an OER product. I went to install it one month ago and it is manufactured incorrectly and will not work. The steel, splined opening is 1/16 larger than the original. I contacted classic industrys customer support through email on 9/28/21 and received a timely response from ***************************. She denied my concern originally due to my painting of the product. When I explained the defect, she asked for photos and measurements information. I provided that the following day. I waited approximately one week and emailed ******* asking if she received by video and photos. She responded she did and stated management was reviewing the information. Since, I have heard nothing from Classic industries. I have sent two additional emails and left two voicemails. **************** will not answer my repeated phone calls. All I am requesting is an exchange for a steering wheel that is made correctly. I will send this one back for inspection.Business response

Dear BBB,
We received the complaint concerning ****** *** steering wheel. Our customer service agent contacted Mr. *** by phone to resolve the issue and have the wheel returned for review.
Once we receive the steering wheel, we will either replace the defective steering wheel with a new wheel, or issue a full refund depending on our findings.
Either way, we will take care of Mr. *** issue and get the issue resolved to his satisfaction.
