On May 13, 2024 I went online and booked a reservation for the 105 LAX Parking lot located at **********************************************************************************. I paid for the parking for 10 days.When I arrived on July 12, 2024 at approximately 7:15 A.M., I was greeted by a gentleman who came over to the entrance, after I unsuccessfully scanned my ** code for entry into the parking lot several times. The employee told me that 105 Parking lot was brought out by ****************************** Parking. He further stated 105 Parking no longer existed. I explained to him that I never received any information about the change and I had a flight to catch. My niece had also paid for 10 days of parking.The employee directed my niece and me to a tandem parking space. I parked there, and my niece parked directly in front to me.When we returned to the parking lot on 7/21/2024, my niece and I both attempted to exit the lot. I was behind my niece waiting to exit. She was told by another employee that she had to pay for the 10 days of parking. The employee also stated we had been parked in a reserved parking spot. They were the exact parking spaces we were directed to by the employee upon out arrival on 7/12/2024.She and I both showed the young lady the receipt that had been emailed to us as proof of payment. She said that that information was inaccurate and that we still had to pay. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was told she was the only one working.I again showed her my receipt with the ** code and she reiterated that it was no good.I told her that I should not have to pay double. She finally relented and allowed us to leave.Today I went back to the website and it still showing an active 105 Airport Parking lot.I dont know where the confusion lays but I think it is an issue that needs to be corrected.I have included a copy of the email confirming the pay for the parking for those days for both my niece and me.Initial Complaint

Falsely advertises they offer a 24hr shuttle service to and from the airport. They state a shuttle makes rounds every 30 minutes. I waited at the airport for 2 hrs and only seen 1 shuttle they passed us that could not pick us up due to being full. I never seen another shuttle after. I called customer service and was told the shuttle was coming. Called customer service again and the lady hung up on me. My family and I ended up taking a taxi to the parking garage.Initial Complaint

South Bay Airport Parking is a scam! I prepaid for self parking and it turned out that they had to valet my car and I was in a rush and out of options, and returned to scratches and the smell of smoke in my car which triggered my asthma. Then on return I got delayed mid flight so I dont have any option without signal, I landed and I called for the shuttle and they said they would send someone and waited about an hour to get someone to pick me up. So when I show up my reservation was for 11pm, because of their delay it was the next day so he the attendant said oh well and made me pay for another day, so I got held hostage going back and forth trying to get my keys back and the gate opened and went back and forth until it was so late and still needed to drive home safely. I believe 405 parking ** Cienega is engaging in false charges to clients. A shuttle by this company took an hour to pick us up from ***, and they charged us $12 extra for the hour. When I tried disputing the extra charges, the attendant was neither polite or professional, and would not let us leave the facility. We told him it took the shuttle over an hour to pick us up, and then we had to stop at a different location first, that was not disclosed. We ended up taking almost 1.5 hours just to get back to the 405 Parking garage. (One Hour waiting for the Shuttle, 30 Minutes to get to the garage after a stop at a different location not named on their site.) By the time my argument with the attendant ended I was charged $14.00 more than I signed up for, because the attendant couldn't reconcile the difference in price due to the lack of their services. He even claimed that it's not their reponsilibity that the "Free" Shuttle was late. He insisted it was just a "Free Shuttle" and that 405 Parking was not responsible for it. I asked to speak with a manager, and he said there was none. I asked him who owned the place? He didn't have many answers, until he finally found a business card to give me. I took two videos of my encounter with the attendant, who firmly told me that the Shuttle bus is not their responsibility. I told him we booked this garage, because of the shuttle service to ***. I am willing to share with Management should they choose to care about how their business is being run.. I have the name of the attendant that was unprofessional and inpolite. I have screen grabs of the calls I made to 405 for a pickup, and the text messages sent from several phones requesting a pickup.Initial Complaint

I prepaid ******* online for parking dates 9/2 - 9/11 at the 405 Airport Parking lot through the third-party site, *********************** (confirmation # CPXXXXXX). During an out of country trip, there was a travel interruption and I had to stay an extra day. Prior to my return, I paid for an additional day ********** the 405 Airport Parking lot online through my account with cheapairportparking.com account. Of note, I did not go over the reserved parking dates or times. Upon attempting to exit the garage, I was required to pay an additional ****** by the 405 Airport Parking automated system. I have attached screen shots of the charges posted to our bank account. The original booking for ******* and the additional day charge of ******* to equal a total of $138.64. You can also see the mandatory charge by the 405 Airport Parking garage to exit for an additional ******* I have called and emailed *** Airport Parking multiple times in order to resolve this issue but do not receive a response. I would like to be refunded the ****** that was paid upon exit, as I had already prepaid for this additional day online.Initial Complaint

I made reservation with this company to provide us with parking service. We arrived to *** on 08/21/22 and for 90 min company van failed to pick us up from airport. When we left parking we overextended our reservation by 2 hours because company failed to provide proper transportation to parking. ***** ******** refused to let us go and coursed us into paying **** The sign in the parking lot says that each 20 min is $2 and we have not been able to even reduce the charge. Next day I called to speak to "manager" ***** who was very rude and refuse to solve situation. This company is dishonest and will post my experience on ******** for other customers to avoid it.Business Response

Every reservation along with check in and out are all uploaded to a cloud and keeps track. The attendants don't make up prices. I had made prior reservations and paid to park at this facility for 6/24/22 at 6:00am. On thay day, I arrived to park at this structure prior to my flight ******* Upon arrival, the gate was closed, so I went to seek assistance. There was a young lady in the parking booth. I went to talk to her if she could open the gate and let me in. She told me was that she was not allowed to open the gate until 7:30am and continued playing her game************ I asked if there is a manger or supervisor available to help me and she said no. She continued to ignore more. My flight boarding time was 9am, clearly if I waited until 7:30am, I would miss my flight. There was an office across the way from the parking booth. I headed that way to see if someone would be able to assist me better. While I was there, the lady came out of the booth and told me I had to get out of there. I repeatedly asked for a manger or supervisor to assist me. Apparently she got upset and punched me in the face. I backed up and she pull out a pocket knife on me. I dropped my phone, cracked the screen, and broke my phone case. At that point, I called the police and was on the phone with them. As I am waiting, it seems as though she got permission to open the gate and let the other customers in. When the police arrived, I explained the situation and police report XX-XXXXX was generated for this incident. When I left, I had to find another parking structure to park at. Parking rates were extremely expensive during to last minute reservations. I had no other option but to pay the high rate at ********* Parking rates cost me $223 for 8 days. I am looking for a lawyer to sue this company. They offered reservations when they were not opened for business and their employee attacked me!Business Response

Please see attached video which clearly shows your employee attacking me first. I was simply asking to speak to a manager or supervisor. This was prior to her dropping my phone out of my hand. I would love to see your security camera footage of me attacking your employee first? Please provide your evidence if you say that your employee was attacked by me first to prove your case. After the attack, she lets everyone else in which is what started the confrontation in the first place. This clearly shows her being racist since I was the only Asian person there. It also captures your male friend punching a female in the face and placing her in a headlock. There was no need for both of you to be in our employees face. If you believe you're not getting the proper help you should try doing the research of who to contact instead of attacking and harassing our employee. My vehicle was broken into and EVERYTHING was stolen, including car parts. The total damage was close to ******* including car repairs and stolen items. This place needs to be shut down. The police officers told me they are called to this location at least once per shift to create a report for insurance claims.Business Response

Most of our customers park here with out any incident. Police at this location once per shift is a highly exaggerated statement. This location is self park and the customer accepts all liabilities such as damage, lost, or stolen items. Customer is advised of these liabilities when they create a reservation and before entering the garage. The items stolen were not a smash and grab style theft. The perpetrators returned multiple times or loaded up some kind of wheeled cart system to take what they were able to get. Your security is garbage, and your employees were 10 out of 10 rude. Consider training them on the ethics of human resources.
