    I paid $138.27 for a tesla ride from my home in ******* to ***************. The ride was on 5/28/24 - trip ID *******. The driver showed up 50 minutes late and stopped twice to recharge her car further delaying my trip to the airport. The driver was running so late that Prime **** Services had to call an Uber to pick me up and deliver me to ***************. I barely made my flight which was for international travel. I paid a premium for a ride to the airport in a tesla and the company did not deliver and caused me excessive aggravation. I want a full refund of $138.27.

    This is the message I received while waiting in the airport to come home with less than 12 hours until I am scheduled to land. I booked and paid for my trip in advance and based on this message, you tell me other vans are booked and you don't even take the time to try and help my family get home from the airport. If the driver called in sick and your entire operation is reliant upon no one missing time at work, you are an embarrassment to transfer services and should find a better way to provide customer service. You don't allow the call center to make referrals, you don't allow the call center to provide any assistance to get another ride, you don't allow them to do anything except apologize for the inconvenience. You are worthless for allowing your business to be run this way. You waited until your office was closed to send me this message and now the call center is suffering through your inability to properly run a business. The appropriate thing to do would have been to be a responsible upstanding business owner and get people home who counted on you to do so. You could have contacted another company, you could offered a Lyft or Uber Code, you could have offered a taxi voucher at the very very least. You did nothing to make this a better situation since you and your company are the ones who are in the wrong. You did nothing! You did not even confirm ****** would be refunded. I spoke to the customer service center and they confimed a different amount (lower of course) than what I actually paid. You are reprehensible for allowing this to happen. I trusted you with my most valued possessions, my family and you clearly could care less if we make it home or not. You are an absolute disgrace for this! I hope no one treats your family the way you have treated mine and then hide behind a call center so you don't have to hear complaints. You absolutely earned your 1.5 star rating. I need my money refunded immediately.
