    I made a purchase and received the product. After trying on one of the 4 bras which are all the same size, I immediately emailed the company and informed them that the bra did not fit and that I would like some assistance. Their policy states that you must inform them by email, text, or phone if you need to exchange the bras for a different size or a refund within 14 days. I emailed them within the same hour of them being delivered. Their policy also states that if the bras don't fit that the customer can receive a new-sized product to replace the ones that don't fit or receive a refund. The problem is that I have sent 3 emails requesting assistance and have not been contacted. The other problem is that the customer service text feature on their website doesn't work and there is no longer a phone number listed by which to call them.     I ordered two bras from Lacy Bra on March 3, 2022 and paid CAD 109.90 They have never arrived I contacted the company ****************** on May 5, 2022 They were to have their " fulfillment team" get back to me within 24-72 hours No further contact from them My order Number is: *************

    I placed an order for the lacy bra on 1/7/22 for $47.95, when I received it, it was entirely too big. No support, I feel out, and no way to adjust the straps like normal bra. As I ordered the size that I wear and it didn't come anywhere close to fitting properly, I had no way of knowing what size to reorder, so I asked to get a refund, they said they would reorder another size at no cost but they would only take the bra back if I paid to have it shipped back. I did not. I left a review and on 3/30 I got a response to my review and was asked to email to come up with a solution. I did so right away and I have no gotten any response from said email either. I just want a refund and to send the merchandise back but I will not pay for the return.
