      They have been harassing me with phone calls after I disputed an unauthorized purchase on my card that was connected to my betus account. They have been threatening to send me to collections because someone compromised my account and fraudulently loaded funds onto my account. Worst of all is the threats to call my parents and family members as well as stating that they KNOW WHERE I LIVE. I called my bank they said the dispute is resolved and I dont owe them anything.This practice is extremely unethical/ predatory and borderline criminal.I am suffering mentally from their threats and this need to be addressed.

      On 4/27 I deposited $1000 to this site. They took the deposit from my Credit card twice. They will not give my extra $1000 back to me. After 2.5 months, they said I have to go through my credit card company. That is crazy. They just stole $1000 from me.

      This company is predatory. Their speciality is fraud in the inducement. For a 10$ bonus I received there is a 300$ "rollover" that is not adequately disclosed. I deposited $100 and they are requiring 1800$ in winnings to withdraw that money. It seems alot like predatory theft to me.There needs to be a class action to stop these people from stealing.

      This site pretends to be a legitimate sports betting site and it is a scam. The merchant takes money under different names, and there is no way to get any funds back (refund of your initial investment or winnings). They keep asking for more identifying information and photocopies of your identification. They are robbing money from people with zero intent to give winning funds to their customers. They continually lock you out of your account and make you call for every customer service to extract more personally identifiable information.

      My debit card was stolen and someone used it to deposit money into a betus account. They are threatening to send me to collections from voicemails on various numbers.

      I made a deposit with BetUs sportsbook on 4/16/24. I attempted to make a withdrawal of $246 the same day, and as of today 4/27/24 I haven't received it

      I had won a very large amount of money on sports bets and after 2.5 days of money in my acccount they decided to delete all my money and all of my current bets ****** in cash and 8000 in bets was just deleted from my account

      I won on there juwa app and they refused to pay me the $50 I won .. after they wanted pics of my id front and back and pics of me holding it
