I deposited $100 in crypto and received a $100 bonus. I lost the $100 bonus. I made a few bets with the $100 I deposited and ended back at a $100 balance. When I tried to withdraw the money they said I couldnt because I needed to make thousands of dollars of bets first. This is theft of my money. I want my $100 back. Friday/Saturday March 21 22 2025 I ******** ***** signed up to ************************* **************/custhelp @***************************** I typed my email address/phone number/address in their website. Yesterday Monday 24 I received a email saying I have my own(personal manager) I never heard of that before. What would I need a personal manager for? And know betus won't stop emailing me, betus offered me $25 to use but I have not even touched that. Because I never heard of having a personal manager just to play casino games. It sounds creepy. So I emailed betus and told them to delete my information out of their website. Most sweepstakes casino websites don't tell you you need a (personal manager )to play on the website. I sent $100 to them for bets, they took my money I placed several bets, they gave me a $25 bonus bet that had a $2000 bet attachment that i have to fullfill in order to cash out which is predatory and ridiculous, so I cant cash out until I spend 1600 more dollars. As far as I know the previous user of my phone number is deceased. (uncorroborated). Over near a year in spite of asking to be removed from the system including speaking with supervisors I continue to receive calls to refill my betting account. I am now ***** W I do not have an account nor do I ever want one. I have received calls from 50+ phone numbers from all over the *** from BetUS I consider this harassment and an invasion of privacy. They requested card info before making a deposit then took payment of the card once verified. Now that I want my payout they are asking for the same info playing games with my compensation. Before I could deposit onto they system they had me send screenshots of the card and the info associated with the card now they are acting as if they dont have the info. In 2022 or 2023, I deposited around $150 to a betting account. After a few bets, I tried withdrawing the remaining funds, believed to be around $85. I have been calling and emailing the company repeatedly since then. I was told in October 2024 that information would be sent to me regarding withdrawing the funds. All I received was an email telling me to call. I called today, and manager **** ******* told me that they have closed my account and will not return my funds. this is clearly theft.I have tried to get explanations as to why my account was closed and funds frozen and **** will only say "it's a marketing issue." I informed him I was filing this complaint.
