The original order was placed in December. The first closure had defects, and it took a month or more to get a replacement. The hair was installed on February 15th. In washing my hair, the first time I noticed that the hair became curly. I purchased straight hair. I was informed that due to it being natural hair, it will not stay straight. In the same email offered to send out new bundles, but will not give a refund. Then they offer $30 or bundles, then $50. In the time that it took to go back and forth with them through email, I came to learn the quality of the hair is not good and that my skin was breaking out because all of the hair is REMY but sold as other types like Peruvian, Brazilian, etc. The hair tangles the same day, even after washing and conditioning. Even after straightening. The hair has been uninstalled, and I have asked for a shipping label to return for a full refund. The hair is not the quality or type that they advertise. I want my money back. Hair was babied since day one, meaning washed and conditioned as needed. Brushed all day due to tangles. Even tangles in a ponytail.Initial Complaint

On March 8th I made a purchase of $311.35, the company falsely advertised that the items were in stock and would be shipped within 3 days. March 9th I received a notification that, my order is processing and would take in total 1 week before getting shipped. I requested a refund immediately. I got a response on March 11th, asking if I wanted to substitute both items I purchased. I responded with saying I wanted a refund instead, cancel the order. I have not received any response from the company since then. Ive sent emails to both ********************************** and ********************************************************************************************************* No response, not even an acknowledgement of receiving my email. I ordered 2wigs off of Unice with affirm payments. I paid $154.56 as a down payment on a $539.42 order on 3/9/2025. I immediately canceled the order after I told someone about my purchase in excitement and they sent videos and reviews showing the product never arrives or that the products are just horribly made for a rediculous amount of money. They even showed me reviews from influencers with a large following (which was the reviews that prompted me to buy the product) versus the reviews by regular people with little to no followings and the proof that the products were made horribly is very evident. If you look up Unice scam/influencer scam. You will see that they give quality wigs to the influencers but cheap poorly made wigs to everyone else. So I contacted the 24/7 text support phone number just about 2hours after ordering. But I seen many reviews claiming that if you ask for a refund they will not respond to you. Which is exactly what happened when I contacted them and no response on the 24-7 text support phone. I also contacted the email. But they dont even give you any info on the website or app as to how long the response time is. But many people say they ignore you when asking for a refund. So to avoid the lengthy wait I would like them to cancel my order immediately and refund my money.Initial Complaint

On February 25th 2025 I placed an order on ************************** for a wig. The grand total was C$167.15 On their website, they claim that they have a "72-Hrs Delivery" its right on the banner of their website. I needed the unit and having success with a similar online hair supplier like Unice, I thought I'd give them a try.72 hours passed... I would log in to the "My account" section and for days it would just say 'Processing' (this is the Order number: U781819875134936134 Date: 02/25/2025)Normally with other wig companies, there is great communication, they send my tracking number the next day after I place my order. I can track it, etc. they would ship it out and I would have had my product and be on my way but this company is acting weird. when I messaged them in their Unice Hair Bot (basically some cheap messenger that was of no help) anyway I explained what was going on and all it told me was that it was being made... how long does it take to make one wig? not that long, especially if it's massively produced. I reached out via email to someone named '****' ************************************ and they kept giving me the runaround... she said the wig is being customized just for you and all this gibberish, Honestly at this point I was fed up and emailed them saying that if I didn't hear from them about my unit and when it would be shipped out I would report them to the BBB. I heard nothing back. I work hard for my money, just like anyone else, the least they could do is respect my cash and deliver my purchase, keep *************** this point I'm not going to get the hair on time for the event I need it for so I would just like my money back. I placed an order with UNice Hair because their website clearly stated that my item would ship within 24 hours. After multiple days without any update, I reached out to their customer service, and after several back-and-forth emails, they finally admitted that shipping would actually take 12 weeksfar longer than advertised.When I requested a refund due to the delay, they initially stated it would be processed within 2 days. However, the refund has still not been issued, and every time I follow up, they are slow to respond, unprofessional, and show no empathy for the inconvenience they have caused.I have now spent over an hour trying to get either my order shipped as originally promised or my refund processed, but they continue to delay and hold onto my money without justification. At this point, I feel they are being deceptive about their shipping and refund policies and failing to provide the service they advertised.Desired Resolution:I want my refund processed immediately and for this company to be held accountable for misleading customers about their shipping timelines. I sent an order for February 24 to purchase a 24 inch wig from Unice. I notice I did not get an email regarding my order just one text message. I email the company at ********************************** to get a status of my order. No one responded and they said its a 24/7 email. I kept emailing waiting for a response on my order. No response. I reach out to Tic tok at Unice tic tok and finally got a response Wednesday stating they have a lot of messages. Wednesday i received an email stating they will work on it but if i get 20 inches they will ship out my wig. So now they want me to downsize the length of the wig and now there is a price difference. They are still working on my wig and I had high hopes I would receive my wig by Friday but I will not. I have request for a refund and they still have not comply and asking me to get a 20 inch wig where they can ship it asap. I purchased a wig for $117.46 after a few months the wig had a manufacturing defect I called the company and sent proof of my purchase as well as damage for a refund. It was confirmed that I will get a FULL refund. Since Feb 7, 2025 I returned the merchandise by ****** and provided the tracking number. A week later, the representative text me an incorrect tracking. I retook the picture of the receipt and retype the correct number to point out theres mistake with the incorrect numbers. Ive been emailed and texts so far I dont hear from the company. I returned the *** I need my full refund from the company
