    God i used to love them. Until i had to deal with them. They mixed up my accounts and as i was literally in the correct account that had all my info right and all my orders.I spent a fortune, someone literally deleted my account including all the orders that were in it. Now they screwed out all up and while I paid for a VIP membership i cant use it bc none of my accounts work. I had almost $600 worth of orders for the holidays but I cant even remember what they were bc they deleted it all.

    Horrible **************** Experience and horrible shipping / order tracking!I've been a customer for years. Recently I had 2 terrible experiences where I order the product and they never send it and the *** tracking number that they provide is FAKE, it can not be tracked. **************** wouldn't even respond to my complaint email following up on the order. No matter how much I like the product, I will never purchase from them again with their scam shipping and order tracking!
