I placed an order over 3 weeks ago (3/19/25) and I have yet to receive my merchandise. I have called 3 times. Two times, the person that supposedly could help me wasnt in the office. The third time, I was told my order would ship soon. It should not take this long for my order to ship. Very disappointed.Business Response

on march 13th i placed an order with all star elite. I purchased a $75 jersey. after my purchase i realized i accidentally put in the wrong shipping information. so i emailed them about canceling the order so i could reorder and change the address. no response. i called the next day. no response. i left a voicemail. no response. i figure out away to change the address on *** and did that and i ordered another jersey deciding to give this brand the benefit of the doubt. here i am on march 18th with the first jersey not even being sent to *** or anything. i called *** and they said they have not recieved the package. i have called several times since then and i have heard nothing back. this business feels like a scam. so in total i spent $170 with this company. i need a full refund.Business Response

Placed an order for (2) size 5XL sweaters, received (2) 4XL sweaters. Took weeks to get a hold of someone, no one ever responded to my emails or voicemails. Once I was able to speak with an associate, I was told the size 4XL's are the same size as the 5XL's. I told them this was unacceptable and that I need a refund for the (2) sweaters. These sweaters were nearly $40 each. All Star Logo would only refund me $20 each. I told them that is not what was paid and again, this is also unacceptable. The Associate said since the sweaters are logo'd and they cannot use them, this is the best refund they can offer. I then told the Associate that is such bullcrap and to refund my **** money. She then said you will not talk to me like that, we will refund the $40 AND HUNG UP ON ME!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!Business Response

We ordered 100% cotton shirts from allstarlogo.com in May of 2023. We specifically wanted 100% . Upon inspection of the shirts once they arrived, despite all being the same size and brand, all fit differently and had different sleeve lengths. In addition they were not 100% cotton but a 65/35 poly cotton blend. The day after receiving the shirts I reached out to their customer service to let them know about the issue . I spoke with ****** who said she would talk to production and get back to me. She didn't respond after a couple days so I reached out again and she said I needed to talk to the supervisor but he was out of town and wouldn't be back until after the 4th of July holiday. I had also emailed and she said she had the email. We received no response on 7/5 so I called again. This time the supervisor wasn't in for the day yet so she had me leave a voicemail. I emailed again on 7/7 and finally got a response on 7/10 saying all they could offer was a 10% refund. That was obviously unacceptable so I emailed them saying we wanted a 100% refund but got no response so I called the next day. I spoke with ****** who is the manager and he offered no apology or real help. He offered to go up to a 15% refund but that is not what we want. He pointed out that on the website it does state that the shirts can be a 50/50 blend depending on availability but it never says they wont inform you if the shirts are not available and will send you something you don't want. Also the blend isn't even 50/50. They are scamming customers. I asked if there was someone else I could talk to and he gave me the name of Orly who is the owner, who he says is out of town for the next 3 weeks. Had we known the shirts would not be 100% cotton we would have canceled. They also lie and on their website they say they have a A+ rating with BBB which is 100% false. We have disputed the charge for the shirts with our CC company since they have committed fraud.Business Response

AllStar Logo did give the customer the exact product she ordered. And after not accepting our good faith refund of 15%. The customer went ahead and filed a charge back. We ordered 12 embroidered hats from AllStar. First of all we made a change to the hat we chose and they did not refund us the difference. The hats we chose were $96 cheaper. Then they mailed out the hats to us and 8 of the 12 hats had issues, i.e...lettering was crooked, some were different sizes than the other hats and some were missing thread on some of the lettering. We ordered these back in November of 2022. I have tried to contact them several times to get resolution. They are not responding to my emails. They show on their website that they are BBB accredited. I would like to be refunded the $96 that they owe us for the over-payment and then $100 for the hats that we received that don't look great.Business Response

6 months ago I paid this company to make custom hats for my business. they never responded even though I paid in full. then they sent the wrong product. they assured me they'd have my product by 12/13 and then overnight it to me when completed, however now they are ignoring my calls, voicemail, and emails. Our engineering team wanted the features for the "Snag-Proof Tactical Polo" shirt that AllStar Logo offered: mic clip, pen pockets, and side vents. Seeing their website said they were BBB Accredited with an A+ rating, we placed an order for the shirts on February 25th. When we received the shirts, none of those features were present. Upon letting AllStar know we did not get the shirts we ordered, their response was to refund 5% of my $790 order (not including the $65 shipping). After telling them that was completely unacceptable, a back and forth ensued with their customer service department. I repeatedly told them I was only looking for 50% of the order refunded (literally half of their advertised 100% money back guarantee and about what we would've paid for the plain polos we received), and if that could not be met, I would be disputing the charge with our CC company and filing a complaint with the BBB. Only after the charge dispute was started did they finally agree to a 50% refund. I cancelled the dispute in good faith back in April, but was never credited the 50% they promised in writing. When we reopened the dispute through our CC company, AllStar provided them a doctored email (apparently sent in June) saying that they would provide a "50% restocking fee", implying we had agreed to send the merchandise back. Not once, in any phone or email conversation, was that ever offered to us directly. The company has acted in bad faith since this issue was brought to their attention. They continue to advertise a shirt they apparently have no control over actually supplying to customers. They have lied in writing about their Terms & Conditions in addition to doctoring emails. And they continue to flat-out lie on their website that they are accredited with the BBB with an A+ rating, duping unsuspecting customers. We have kept and uploaded all original email correspondence to support our claims. We seek the 50% refund ($428.76) they promised on 4/8/2022.Business Response

The dispute investigation was reopened after additional information was provided showing AllStar doctored emails and provided false information to the credit card company. Additionally, if what was shipped to us was the same material and quality, their Packing slip should've reflected what they actually sent us, instead of showing they shipped exactly what we ordered (see attached). Regardless, their continued use of the BBB Accreditation and A+ rating on their website is an ongoing lie that dupes customers into thinking they're dealing with a reputable company. In reality, as the multiple reviews and complaints here illustrate, AllStar repeatedly acts in bad faith and shows an obvious pattern of deception. Avoid them at all costs.

I am rejecting this response for multiple reasons. For starters, it comes almost two years after we initially filed the complaint. I'm confused as to why they even decided to reply at this point. Secondly, it continues AllStar's pattern of dishonesty. Our credit card company did not side with AllStar. No money was returned to AllStar. As far as we are concerned, this matter is closed, but not due to any effort, good-faith or otherwise, made by AllStar.
