      I made a purchase on the 3rd of march and when I wasnt shipped by the 10th I requested a refund. They ignored my request and continued to insist that I choose another piece to substitute the one that was unavailable. Today is the 17th day and they are still refusing to refund my money insisting that they will send my package. *** said multiple time that I dont want it send me my money and they will not respond to my request. Instead they continue to insist I wait for arrival. I do not wish to do business with them anymore and they still wont refund my money

      Please note: Our company is not Chic Curve. Our name is Chic And Curvy and we are a totally different company. Almost daily we receive communication from customers looking for Chic Curve. The similarity in our names has caused many customers to turn to us for resolution and now they turn to BBB for grievances that are not connected to us.

      I purchased an order with Chic and Curvy on July 18, 2023. The order got to me in a timely matter however, the product is terrible. While the dresses do look like what's pictured, they're cheaply made and overpriced. The fabric is thin almost sheer and the prices are ridiculous. I paid $102 for 2 dresses that looked like they came from Rainbows or *****. I'm a plus size woman and I paid for quality but got cheap and flimsy instead. They need to either use better fabric or go down on the prices.

      The purpose of my email is to inquire about an order placed on September 18, 2022 for two items. The order number is XXXXX. I have ordered from Chic & Curvy on numerous occasions. This is the first time I have had an issue with not receiving merchandise. Apparently, an attempt was made by **** to deliver the items to my address on September 23, 2022. Since I was not home, the items were not left like they normally are. I completed the mail notice card on September 23, 2022 and placed it back in the mailbox. I also went online and requested that the order be redelivered on September 30, 2022. As of today, I still have not received the merchandise and no longer need the merchandise. I would like to request a full refund in the amount of *******
