    Absolute WORST customer service I've ever had to deal with. I got a Soundbar gifted to me that I loved and not even a year goes by before it starts to malfunction. Even after all the troubleshooting and sending them info for the warranty they refuse to do anything for me and I'm absolutely appalled at their lack of assistance. Clearly they don't stand behind their products or warranty and want nothing to do with assisting their loyal customers.

    Won a 65in 4k ********* in April 24. 2024 from a ******. Went home registered and set the tv up. April 5, 2025 the tv would not power on. Did troubleshooting with warranty department. Nothing worked. Tracked down the receipt from the company who did the raffle. Was told the year warranty had passed and nothing they could do. Less than a year out the box it stopped working. Very very disappointing. Never had a tv to stop working that fast. Can't trust anything made by tcl to last. The cost of their products are not worth losing money by it not working less than a year out the box. So disappointed in this product.

    I bought a TCL ******* for my bedroom and have used it no more than 15 times since purchasing 13 months ago. It is now resetting itself and freezing on startup screen. The support person I spoke with told me it is an electrical issue and can't help me since my NO LEMON WARRANTY expired a month ago. How is this an electrical problem? It shuts down sporadically during set up but turns itself back on. I have to shut it off by unplugging it because it freezes on the startup screen when it comes back on. But that is the conclusion he came up with. This was such a poor experience. The tv is basically a back up so my grandkids can watch something when the adults watch the larger tv in the living room. It hardly gets used. The little help the man from support would give me was beyond ridiculous. I went through all of the steps with the man that I got from the actual support page on the TCL webpage before I even spoke with him. He didn't tell me anything that I hadn't already tried multiple times before contacting him. Then concludes it is a power problem. Please make it make sense.I highly discourage anyone from wasting money on these televisions, not only because of the product itself, but the non support team that comes with it.

    Bought TCL tv worked fine for a few months and picture and sound went out. I get it sometimes there are bad ones, the problem was trying to get fixed or replaced order warranty. Seems customer service is trained to push off and try to discourage you from making a claim and approving it. After calls to service center help desk trying to get it to work it goes to warranty department and this is where they try anything to not approve and to get you to give up on doing anything with it. After many emails and calls and I think I have sent 7-9 videos and after them having me move the 75 in tv many times for different videos, I am waiting to see if they are going to send someone out or replace. I am sure they were hoping I would put a scratch on it so they could deny my claim. Thx ***** ******

    The tv was broken and the serial numbers on the tv and packing didn't match. The company where I purchased the tv from is refusing to reimburse me because of the non-matching serial ****************************** is also refusing to refund my money! Do NOT purchase a TCL tv!

    What an excuse of a company. Bought a tv from them and broke down after 9 months even if its barely even used. What makes it frustrating is their support. Ive been trying to be patient with them as much as possible. They couldnt get a technician to check it out? Ok. Couldnt get it replaced? Fine. Couldnt get me a refund after already promising it to me 3 months ago? Jeez. TCL knows how to push my limits. Dont even bother buying anything from them. They dont deserve your hard-earned money

    They are a horrible company. I have a 2 year old TV that turned into a brick due to software. Their website offers to help people qualified to do their own self service with manuals. I contacted them and they avoid my request. ***************************************************************

    Believe all the stories. My TCL TV that I bought back in 2021 broke down on us and we dont have any extended warranty. Weve had the TV for less than five years and this is the second TCL TV that has broken down on us this year. We have bought a second one less than two years ago and it broke down And we also didnt have extended warranty on it, but I was able to convince the company to reimburse me as it was less than two years since we had purchased it, but they dont want to do the same with our first TV from 2021. Their warranty is only for 1 year and when I said its not normal for tvs to only last less than 5 years, let alone less than 2 and that *** had other brands who have lasted me 10+ years and their response was thats a different brand which theyre right, I just wish I did my research before.

    This Tv was manufactured in 8/2021 I bought it in middle of summer 2022 today is 11/14/24 the tv went completely out Ive tried all troubleshooting from ******* and tcl support this is ridiculous the tv was affordable but so was the ******** I had and used for 15 years before getting this c*** I bought it because **** is already installed on it. The warranty is only good a year I did not get extended warranty because I assumed it would last a lot of years like my Vizio go figure. Now I have to go buy another tv Im so upset. If I decide to get another TCL tv I have to save money because Ill be buying another one in a year smh. The customer service representative didnt offer a coupon towards another one or anything! Im just flabbergasted at this company Im not sure if it is worth repairing with a tv repair person they may charge just as much as the tv was when I bought it. I believe the light just died this morning. TCL gets under one star from me
