    I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer service Ive received from **********************. Despite reaching out over five times via email, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response regarding my missing order. As a repeat customer who has previously participated in car giveaways and made multiple purchases, I am appalled by the lack of support in this situation.I spent over $130 on three t-shirts, yet they were never delivered. When I first contacted TunerCult, they responded by stating it wasnt their responsibility and advised me to contact ****. Since then, they have ignored every subsequent email Ive sent. **** denied my claim, stating the package was marked as delivered, leaving me with no resolution and no *********** a loyal customer, this experience has been extremely frustrating. What began as a positive relationship with a brand known for high-quality shirts and exciting giveaways has quickly turned into disappointment due to the poor communication and lack of accountability. I simply want the products I paid for, and TunerCults complete disregard for this issue reflects a serious deficiency in their customer service.I request that this matter be resolved promptly, with either a replacement shipment or a full refund. I hope TunerCult will take responsibility and address this issue with the professionalism I initially expected from them.

    Beware of these guys been over a month and still no shirt who noise if I have a ticket for the car or not all I know is Im out my money all I get is a run around keep your money not sure whats going on here ??

    SAVE YOUR ******* MONEY!!This company will scam you out of your cash, then make you believe you have a chance at winning.They 3rd party winners - but could potentially have conflict of interest in SELECTING winners. There is no live drawing, there is no customer service, nobody picks up when you call (straight to a ******** "we're offsite" something or other), and there is no way to determine the legitimacy of operations. Sure, it would be great to think you might win - but just look at all of these other reviews. Do you think those people are happy? Even if they DIDN'T WIN, they were neglected, taken advantage of, and there was no response. IF TUNER CULT WERE A REAL COMPANY THEY WOULDNT AVOID THIER CUSTOMER INQUIRIES LIKE THE ******* PLAGUE. ANY other company in the World would, even if they placate you. TC just simply does not care. They're business model is hopes and dreams STOP MAKING ****** UP PEOPLE AND COMPANIES RICH WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!

    They have not offered to refund my money or truly contact me after several attempts. I have tried to message them through ******** posting messages and sending messages through messenger they only replied once to say that supposedly my email is wrong by one letter and the same letter supposedly typed twice but everything else matches my card my billing address and personal information and after spending $250 to enter they still didnt validate my entries or got back to me to rectify and took my money.

    I ordered an item from Tunercult, item never came. Waste of time trying to contact them. They dont respond to emails either and not customer oriented either. Never ordering from them again.
