      SCAM!!!!!! I paid my deposit and 5 monthly payments. When it came time to file a claim, they only approved $300 of what the dealer submitted. So I cancelled my policy after I found this out. Now they won't even pay the $300 even though it had been approved before I cancelled. I didn't even submit a towing bill, car rental or oil change/tire rotation in this claim which should have been covered also. I called them and was told because I cancelled, they didn't have to pay. So if you decide to cancel them, make sure they pay before you do. Biggest SCAM ever!!! Their stars should be -5.

      They do not honor their contract or REFUND POLICIES. They denied my first and only claim with them and promised to refund me within 45 days. It's been almost three months and still no refund. I emailed their legal department because they mentioned giving me less than half of my refund. Legal emailed me back to offer an explanation of why I would only receive a partial refund and it was again, them trying to avoid refunding my full. When I call customer service they continue to extend the processing time and give me the runaround. This is not a good company at all. and wouldn't refer them to anyone.

      Do Not purchase a warranty with this company!!! They are a complete fraud. I never received any policy in the mail and when I inquired about a particular repair, they told me that it wasn't covered. Funny, it was covered before I bought the policy. Ox you will not get any more money from me!!!

      Complete sham!!!!! I saw their advertisement on TV and called the number. Signed my 2017 corvette up on Friday night to their best warranty Diamond plan. I was told I would get the contract emailed and mailed to me. I paid $75.00 to sign up. I waited four days and no contract. I called three times and was told the contract was in the mail. No contract. I was then told that my car doesn't qualify for the "Diamond" plan and that they had another plan that was just as good. I was told I would be refunded the $75 and that I had to pay $100 for the new plan. I was told again the contract would be emailed to me. Never received it after two calls. Finally i told an operator that i was going to stay on the phone until I received the contract. Received the contract. When I read the fine print I was shocked. The plan they signed me up on was limited to 50% of the repair cast capped at $500 limited to four times per year. The oil changes were limited to $35. Called and cancelled the new warranty immediately. Now they are saying that i'm not getting back the $75 on the contract that THEY cancelled. I probably wont get the $100 back either. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, READ THE COVERAGE. COMPLETE SHAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHEN YOU CALL THEY BOUNCE YOU AROUND FOR HOURS AND THINK ITS FUNNY!!!!!!!! COMPLETE JOKE!!!!!!!!

      This company's 30 day money back guarantee is false advertisement. I purchased warranty service in December 2023. I waited 30 days before taking my vehicle in for warranty work and ** denied my claim. I followed the company's policy for cancellation and complied with their specifications for a refund. After 30 days, I began questioning customer service about the time line to receive my refund check. I was told that the real refund time line requires ***** business days. As of April 3, *************************************************************************************************************** on indeficit hold.

      I submitted a repair service, it was under review waiting for an adjuster to come out because the car is at the dealership. The dealership advised me that it should not be a problem because it is a covered component. When the adjuster came out they went back to the home office for a review which took more than 5 days. I called multiple times and then found out they denied the claim. I had to pay $3668.68 which I disputed through my credit card company because this should have been covered.

      I do not like this company at all. I was sold 2 policies. One for my car and the 2nd. One was for my home. I gave the owner ****************** all the info. Needed on both. When I made a call for my home to get a repairman out for my stove, the lady told me that this policy does NOT service Mobile Homes!I asked WHY was I sold the darn policy in the 1st. Place? ****** took all my info. At the same time I made the call to get a policy on my car. He was so nice and smooth to talk to, and offered me discounts for a few things that I qualified for. He knew I had a Mobile Home and sold me the policy anyway.It took me several calls and long waits on HOLD to get the Mgr. Of the ************ To approve my refund on the home. I cancelled out both policies but I did not receive my full refund for the 6 Mos. I paid for the policy. They jipped me out of the 1st. Mo. I rec'd. $500. Instead of $6oo. And I then had to make another call to find out why I only received $500. Instead of the $600. Which was approved. They told me they hold back the 1st. Mo. Which is totally not fair!! I was sold a policy for something they do not cover. So that tells me I should receive a FULL refund and an apology as well. I sent a letter to the ******************* copies of everything, and they were useless. Stating that they don't normally handle this kind of company cause it doesn't fall under auto repair places. Then they told me this company is based in ******, **. And I need to contact them. (What a pass the buck job that guy sent!) ******* is a ******************** and they should have contacted them to get my $100. Back!!To me I have been scammed and got the "Run around " on every angle! Are there any honest and ethical people out there anymore conducting good reputable businesses anymore?

      This company will deny a claim on the smallest infraction. I had my vehicle in a dealership for a oil change, they diagnose several problems I contacted customer care and told them I was going to move the car to a more cost efficient dealership and closer to my home. Drove 2 miles to other dealership and file a claim. ******* care denied the claim because I should have had it towed otherwise I violated the policy. **************** didnt inform me of this when originally called. This was completely unexceptable and I cancelled my subscription. This company is a bunch of c***
