Order #: BB08827024. I placed an order on Boot barn.com for boot to wear to my aunt's funeral on 4/27/24 at exactly 7:33pm. The amount total for the ostrich print boots was $251.60. I received an email that my order was taken and that I would receive my order within 3*-5 business days. On Monday I woke up with my account ending 6328 being charged with two additional transactions of $125.80. I was distraught. A total of $503.20 has been taking from my account. After numerous times of calling and being advised that this hold should fall off within 3-5 business days. I have yet to receive my money back. I think something should be done not only is my account in the negative, but I have had to cancel my bank card. I am terrified that they will continue to charge my card. When placing order, it doesn't say anything about authorize holds or anything of that nature. This company needs to be investigated seriously. I will do everything in my power to ensure this that is a promise

I recently bought a Stetson open road from Boot Barn on March 14, because I had reward credit on my account. However when I purchased it my account showed I had no credit. Boot barn had even sent me a flyer stating I had $15 in reward points to use in the mail. Im hoping either boot barn is willing to refund me $15 in my recent Stetson purchase, or to issue me a gift card or credit of $15 for future purchases online or in store. That being said, I love boot barn and spend a lot of money there. I even ordered a second Stetson a week later.Order number BB08664617

Oct 27, ********************************************* order to get my foot into the left boot of a VERY expensive pair of boots (they are on commission), to "slam my heel down at the same time I jerk up on the boot straps". She demonstrated (all recorded on video as one of their camera was just a few feet from us). When that didn't work, she went around the corner and got two metal hooks and showed me how to place them in the boot straps. I tried many, many times and finally there were two gunshot loud pops from my back. I thought I was paralyzed and stood perfectly still, wanting to throw up. I went into shock and just wanted to go home but knew something was wrong with me so slowly walked to the front of the store to try to center myself. I am 74 years old; certainly it was highly dangerous for her to instruct me to do such a thing. FYI: on the way slowly moving away from her to leave she said "do you want the boots"??? Can you believe this?Long sordid and painful story later, I learned I fractured a vertebrae and was out of commission for over a month. I got a successful surgical procedure that put a cement like substance into the fracture. I filed a claim but they of course denied any liability watsoever even tho it is ALL on their camera. Now I am reading about 36 complaints in three years. What a lying Corporate Culture. They know what their salesperson did.

I recently purchased the **************************** Boots product ID: **********, after sometime the heel on the left boot started to come unglued or whatever & started to come off so I repaired it , it started to come off again . I really find it unbelievable for a pair of $600 boots that they are just coming apart like that . Ive had 100$ boots withstand so much more then what these had . Id really appreciate if I could get a replacement pair or something because I find this really unacceptable & not a good look for ******************* . I love the boots all in all , Im really pleased with the feel of the boots but the construction is crazy .

I purchased a shirt and two pairs of jeans on 9/23/23. The jeans shrunk after washing to the point where they did not fit. I attempted to return them a week or two later and was refused by the sales staff because they had been washed. I told them this was ridiculous and asked if their intent is that I never wash my jeans? I understand Boot Barn did not manufacture the jeans, but as a retail seller, they need to stand behind the quality of the products they sell. I then asked to speak to the manager and was told she was not available, but that her name was ****. I asked for ****'s phone number and was refused by the sales staff. I left the jeans at the store because they were unwearable and exited without my refund. I then filed a complaint via email through Boot Barn's customer service online portal stating my failed return experience and dissatisfaction. I received a few email replies and eventually was contacted via phone by ****. We spoke on the phone and she was very apologetic for the bad customer service and told me the sales staff made a poor decision in refusing me a refund, then she offered me a full refund for the jeans. I told her I would not physically step foot in that store again, so she asked for my debit card # that I charged the jeans to and that she would process the refund without me needing to physically enter the store. This was about three weeks ago and I still have not received my refund. About 1.5 weeks ago she contacted me via email and told me I'd need to come into the store for the refund, after all. This was not what we agreed to. I have since emailed her and also responded to the seperate customer service portal email thread stating that I have not received my refund. I have not gotten a response and have no recourse other than to file this complaint. They have the jeans and I don't have my money back. The cost of the jeans was $62.99 and $69.99 with a sales tax rate of *****% for a total of $144.61.

My bank card was hacked in September. It was used to make an online purchase at Boot Barn.com for $243.55. They say they confirmed my address and shipped items to said address. I never placed the order and I never received any merchandise or correspondence from BootBarn. I called the company and was told that their fraud department would contact me. I have still not received any attempts at communication from them.

Today 9/21/23 I visited boot barn in *******, ** off 290 and was racially profiled by ******* a sale ICS and ******** the **** As I was shopping because there supposedly were other black people in the store shop lifting I was being harassed while shopping because they assumed I was with the supposed other black customers. ******* got on her mic and began to tell the rest of the employees what I had and where I was then the *** ******** started charging at me. I began to walk to the front of the store where the only nice and helpful employee ****** was. As I was shopping to begin with there was no one around offering assistance to the point where I had to use the metal pole used to grab items from up high to get my own shorts down. Once I gathered my thoughts and calmed my emotions I asked ******** who she was and if she was a manger. When I explained to her what happened to me and how it made me uncomfortable she wasn't sympathetic at all she just said I got caught in the cross fire basically because I was black like the supposed shop lifters. This is the first time this has happened to me in my like and was completely unacceptable and I will NEVER shop at this location again!
