      Ordered boots from work boots usa.com. received defective boots. Notifyed work bootsusa.com of the problem and they immediately asked for pictures I sent them pictures in the pictures they can see where the boots were defective and immediately asked what would I like to receive a replacement pair of boots or what I like my money back. I explained that I would like a replacement pair of boots. Soon after they said that the boots I have purchased were out of stock and would not be back in stock until mid February. They ask again would I like my money back or would I like a replacement pair of boots. I explained I would like a replacement pair of boots. Since then I have been corresponding via email and getting no response many times I email getting no response call the phone number first they said due to covid you have to do the emailing. last week they said because of the weather they couldn't answer the phone so use the email. When I first contacted them about my boots that were leaking I only had them for 2 months they should have been covered under warranty. Work boots USA had no problem offering me my money back or a replacement pair.now they just ghost me. Call the phone number and it's temporarily out of service I think I just got ripped off.

      I purchased boots from this organization in August of 2021. They replied and said the boots were on backorder and that I could get a refund or wait. I chose to wait and now they are unreachable via e-mail, phone, and their URL doesn't exist anymore.

      I made a purchase on June 18, 2021 for black Timberland Direct Attach 6 Inch Waterproof Insulated Work Boot ***** size 7 in the amount of $104.95. After ordering theses boots from the website I received an email stating they were on back order until January, my credit card was charged June 20,2021 I ordered them. It is almost the end of February and no boots, the website is no longer available and I can no long email for help. At this point in time I would like the boots I ordered and the money back I paid for them.

      I placed an order with WorkbootsUSA on September 20, 2021 for a pair of ****** Sharptail Snake boots for $221. They emailed me to say the boots were out of stock and would be put on backorder, if I wanted to wait. I responded I would wait for the backordered boots. They charged my credit card and I haven't heard anything else from them. I have tried to send them numerous emails, but they return "undeliverable". The phone number on the website is not a valid number. Is there any way to get my money back?

      Order #****** ordered Oct 3, 2021. They said it was on back order due to coronavirus. Expected Nov 4, 2021. Date came and went. Sent multiple emails, tried calling to no avail. Requested refund, multiple times, no response.

      Placed order for work boots on 5/4/21, charged $89.95 Order #WBUSA-403376 5/5/21 - email received size not available 5/11/21 - email now on backorder until October 2021 10/8/21 - email delayed until November 25, 2021 Present - unable to communicate with anyone from WorkBoots USA I have attached confirmation of order, transaction posted from my bank statement and just a FEW copies of many emails that I sent and received. All I would like at this point is a refund of $89.95!!!

      Hello, I placed an order for a pair of work boots from Work Boot *** through their website https://www.workbootsusa.com/ on August 18th. Original order delivery was timeframe was late September. They then notified me that the item was on backorder until November due to severe supply chain issues. They then revised the backorder to December 18th, 2021. As of January 12th, 2022 the company has not replied to two follow up emails regarding the status of the order and has not responded to any phone calls. I ask that the company be honest to its customers and give a full refund to customers who have not received their orders within a reasonable timeframe. It has been almost five months since I placed the order and am requesting delivery in the next 3 weeks or a full refund. Order No. ************************************************
