      Ordered and paid for work boots on 9/26/21. Order#****** for $89.95.Received email on 9/27/21 stating they were out of stock and expected around 11/4.Opted to wait for that shipment.Have emailed them numerous times thereafter and have received no reply. Most recently simply requested a refund, no reply!Now their website says they are not taking orders or processing exchanges. That is all, you can't even look at any pages on website.I believe they may have closed for good. I decided to contact BBB before pursuing fraud charges via my bank.Your help before that event is most appreciated.

      I ordered two pairs of steel toed boots from Workboots *** on July 14, 2021 (order # ******). The boots were $57.80 each pair for a total of $115.60. I received an email asking if I would like to continue the order since it would probably be mid November before they ship. I was in no hurry and agreed to keep the order. About the 3rd week in November, after hearing nothing from them, I attempted to check on the order using the "Contact Us" option, but never received a reply. I also emailed them twice and again received no reply. Their listed phone number is "not in service," so I cannot contact them that way. My credit card was charged in July, but the shoes have not been delivered. When I try to go on their website now, there's a message "Due to Supply Chain issues beyond our control, WorkBootsUSA is currently not processing new orders or returns. Please check back soon for any updates." Any help you can provide will be greated appreciated!Thank you

      Ordered boots in May 2021 was told they were on back order and they would need to **** my credit card to hold a place in line. 2 months later was told due to supply chain issues new ship date is in 2 more months. Then another email stating due to continued supply chain issues the boots would ship in 2 **** months.Now they stop responding to emails and have shut down their phone and website.

      I placed an order on 9/26 for 2 pairs of Timberland PRO workboots for a grand total of $428.89. 9/27- received an email that boots were on back order and asking if I wanted to keep the order or cancel. I responded to keep it 9/28- get an email back from company saying boots ordered with est ship date of March 2022 but that I could cancel before they were shipped by contacting their customer service email.I have emailed the company on 11/19, 12/2, 12/6, 12/14 and 12/15 asking that my order be canceled. I have provided my order number ****** for easy reference. I also emailed them twice through their company contact us web page where they are supposed to get back to you. No response to any of it, I have checked my spam/junk folders as well. Also no refund to my credit card. I was able to find the boots from another retailer so I want to cancel this order and get a refund of the money they already charged me on 9/28. I would also like an email confirmation of the cancellation and refund. If you are able to help get this resolved, I would greatly appreciate it.

      I purchased a pair of boots on line. The company emailed me and told me that the boots were on back order and that they recommended keeping the order as it may be in high demand. I was willing to wait. On June 11, 2021 I received an email from the Work Boots USA confirming the boot size I originally ordered had been sold asking if I wanted to be put on a list to get the next order in. June 17, I responded how would I inquire the status later, June 18th they responded with a backorder date of 10/7/21 estimated of course. If at any time I wanted to cancel my order just email them at [email protected]. They of course would need to reimburse me as I had already paid for them. 10/18/21 I emailed asking for a backorder date. On 10/19/21 U received a response "We were just made aware there is about a 2-week shipping delay on all Timberland orders. Your boot is currently in stock but it would take about 2 weeks to ship out. If you do not want to wait, you can cancel your order". This was the last time they emailed me. The phone number on line says they aren't taking calls, use the email address or their website which I have done many times. I send emails asking for reimbursement, an acknowledgement of any kind, marking my email to be notified that they are indeed receiving my email requests. And they are, I'm just being ignored.

      After waiting for my orders(2) i decided to cancel them. I emailed to the [email protected] several times(11-22,12-1,12-2,12-6 and ****. I have not received one response. Order # ****** in the amount of $259.95 was placed on 1-26-21 and order# ****** in the same amount was placed on 4-30-21. Both were charged to my credit card. I was willing to wait for my orders when they informed me there was a delay. After waiting this long i tried to cancel and be refunded. I haven't heard from the company yet. Total refund due to me is $519.90

      Ordered boots from WORKBOOTS *** on 6/2/2022. Paid for the boots posted to my credit card 6/5. Still no boots and my emails are being ignored. I was told on 10/18 the last time they responded that the boots were in stock and would ship within 2 weeks. No boots arrived. Ive emailed 5 more times asking for a refund and have gotten no response. I just want my money back.

      Similar to some other reviewers, I placed an order in June or July for boots listed as in stock. I was contacted by email about a week or so later (when they should have already shipped) and told they were not in stock but backordered and asked if I was willing to wait until October 30th. I said yes. Unsurprisingly to readers at this point, that date came and went without product or contact from the company. I emailed about a week passed the expected delivery date and received no response from them. So I attempted to call, but the number routes directly to an automated messaging system that says there are no customer services representatives available by phone due to them moving. I emailed them several more times over the subsequent week requesting a refund. They have not responded to a single email. Perhaps at one time it was a legitimate company, but as far as I can tell it is exclusively a scamming operation at this point. My only hope is that I can recoup some money by reporting them to my credit card company for fraud. Order #******. Attempted contact by email Nov. 6, 11, 14, 15 and received no responses.

      I've order a pair of work boots on 9/24/2021 rescheduled like twice and have no longer been able to get a hold of customer service. It's now 11/24/2021 I Just want my order to be confirmed canceled before they send them and try to charge me some kind of restocking fee like I've seen in the other posts.Honestly seems like a scam or fraud, not posting anything about a restock fee, sending the wrong size or wrong item altogether and insisting on a restocking fee for their mistake. I'd like to avoid this happening to me.

      I ordered a pair of boots 10/03/2021 for $143.00. I made sure to select a pair that was in stock. A few days later I received an email saying my particular choice was backordered until November 7th. I kept the order in good faith. As I write this it is November 16th, Work Boots USA has taken my money, given me no updates on my order, no tracking number, no delay notifications, no details at all. I have attempted to contact customer service, the phone line says they are changing call systems so I gave since emailed them multiple times attempting to cancel my order to get my money back. I have had zero response. At this point I feel like I've just been robbed. I do work in cold weather, I need either the boots or my money back to buy boots.
