    I ordered two products on Dec 1st and paid for expedited shipping to the **. I received the invoice stating I would receive a further email when the products shipped and that they were due to arrive Dec 5th/6th. The money was immediately taken from my account. The goods have not been shipped to me by Dec 10th. The Seller will not respond to any of my emails and doesnt pick up the phone. I can only assume this is a fraudulent transaction given they have received payment but have not sent the products. I am looking for a refund.

    The only time I heard from Icowhides is when I contacted you. I received the return label with in a few days. I sent the product back June 23rd. I still have not received anything from them. They have not returned my money nor have they returned my calls or emails. I did receive an email from you. Yes I said I was satisfied with the result. Sending the product back. I didn't think I would not receive a refund, so here I am again. The sad thing is that they have a wonderful product.invoice # *****

    This is my second order from iCowhides. First was fine, no complaints. The second order..... the cowhide isn't the color I expected. All I wanted to do is exchange it for a color closer to the one I chose. I can't an answer from the phone or return calls. I can't even get an email to go thru. Very frustrating. At this point I am not even sure I want an exchange. They have a beautiful product and really crappy customer service.
