      The only time I heard from Icowhides is when I contacted you. I received the return label with in a few days. I sent the product back June 23rd. I still have not received anything from them. They have not returned my money nor have they returned my calls or emails. I did receive an email from you. Yes I said I was satisfied with the result. Sending the product back. I didn't think I would not receive a refund, so here I am again. The sad thing is that they have a wonderful product.invoice # *****

      This is my second order from iCowhides. First was fine, no complaints. The second order..... the cowhide isn't the color I expected. All I wanted to do is exchange it for a color closer to the one I chose. I can't an answer from the phone or return calls. I can't even get an email to go thru. Very frustrating. At this point I am not even sure I want an exchange. They have a beautiful product and really crappy customer service.

      I have ordered two cow hides from icowhide.** on January 29th 2022. Both cow hides have imperfections I cant accept (cuts, bald spots and scratches). I requested return labels for both items but received only one for CAN18325 order. I returned this order and received a refund.I still havent received a return label for my second order CAN18324.I sent number of emails to ****************************** and ********************************* requesting return label for this order but no response. I tried calling their number many times, left a VM but nobody is answering.

      -I purchased a cowhide online from icowhide (Order CAN18189) January 18, 2022 -I recieved the item January 26th, 2022 -on January 26th I opened the box and the cowhide was not the same cowhide I ordered -on January 26th and the 28th I sent an email to icowhide returns as per their website instruction and requested a return label to be sent to me and I recieved no response -On January 29th, 2022 I called the phone number ************ and requested they contact me and advise asap when a return label would be sent to me. I recieved no response.
