      An employee at the **********************, ******** location played a "joke" on me today that could have killed me. He sandwiched a large french fry into my burger when the order stated that I had a potato allergy. My food allergy is serious and if I had taken a bite of this burger without noticing this first, I could have gone into anaphylactic shock. When I went in to address this, the manager characterized it as a "joke" by the employee who prepared the burger. After I explained how serious the allergy is and that it is not a laughing matter, the manager then backtracked and claimed that the french fry had simply "fallen into" the burger. This was all after he had already acknowledged that the employee who made the burger had put it in there as a "joke."A photo is attached showing the receipt, which specifies I have a potato allergy, and the burger. I took the photo right after I had dropped the burger back into the bag when I saw that it had a large french fry sandwiched inside the bun.

      I live adjacent to ****************** and since moving in my quality of life has suffered. Im not able to open my windows because grease from their oven fan flies directly into my unit and these greasy toxins cover my walls, flooring and furnishings. This companys only concern is to make sure the building looks pristine at all times so once they close after 1am there is a fleet of service men who come in to perform random task from pressure washing the exterior, painting, mopping the parking lot, landscaper. Their crew makes noises in addition to using loud machinery all night long. This behavior continues each night and it has taken a toll on my mental health and sleep pattern. This company has not taken into consideration that they are in a residential area and they should respect surrounding neighbors who need rest and a break from all of the noise pollution we residents have to endure during this businesses hours of operation. While they are open we are subject to their patrons lining up in front of our building blocking our access to our garage, fights and honking of horns because there is no traffic regulation. We constantly have to hear order numbers being yelled over the PA system. It would be nice for them to encourage their patrons and staff to lower their music and also lower the volume of their PA system. Be respectful and refrain from servicing this building until sunrise so we can experience a few hours of peace at night. This is a family owned business and I guarantee *********************** doesnt live next to one of her locations to experience the poor living conditions this business creates for surrounding residents. It is 7/9/24 and I have been up since 3a when I was awaken but their crew members loud vehicles, voices and machinery. It would be an honor to have *********************** spend a week next to a location to experience the h*** we residents go through!       Went to grap some food with my brother after working a 13hr shift.Ordered three meals at 7:31 pm(inside). I go there a couple times a month. There wait time is approximately 15-20mins. Just under 20 mins.I noticed they skipped my order. Wait a couple mins. Still nothing. I go ask the worker giving the food out and he's giving me this I don't know what to do look. Some other worker comes over and figures out they skipped me, takes my receipt. I'm thinking he's going to grab my food. Wrong. He starts my order. I'm waving at the guy. Asking where's my food. 30 mins later I get my food. No apology. I ask to see the manager.(****) Show her the receipt. I ask her, what time it says on the receipt. 7:31. Then i ask her to put the time a got my food on the back of the receipt. Then i ask her if 30 wait is exceptable.No accountability on her part. Excuses, everybody has one. It's going to be a long time before me or my family go's back. Thank GOD I'm not a bad person.

      I recently experienced a quite unprofessional and discriminatory experience at their location off sunset in *********. I sent a complaint through their website, and got a sorry of an excuse email stating I needed to call their customer service line.That is absolutely asinine. I am not spending hours on hold, waiting to tell ******** about a poor performance on their part. They should be reaching out to me. I'm done with this establishment, it's not a friendly restaurant anymore.

      I wasn't sure how to answer the above question about whether this is a health issue. It doesn't involve a medical provider, but it is something that needs to be dealt with at the level of the health department and food handler's permits. Our family eats at in n out burger probably twice a week. We live in ****, ** and usually go to the ******** Fork location. The last three visits in a row, there have been hairs found in the fries and they were inedible. A couple of weeks ago, my son pulled another long, black hair out of his burger. I have worked in the fast food industry previously, and was required to wear my hair in a hair net or under a hat. I have noticed that many of the employees just throw a paper in n out hat on top of their head, but their hair (particularly the women) is often just in a ponytail with their long hair flowing loosely. It was gross enough seeing a couple of shorter hairs in the fries, but when the long hair was in the burger, that was enough to make all of us want to discontinue eating there. I don't know if there has been a change in management recently or not, but I have also noticed that the drive through line has been extremely slow as compared to the normal time it takes to go through a long line. Sometimes, it takes up to ***** minutes to get through a drive through. Something has definitely happened at the ************* location, and the food quality has been poor, orders have been incorrect, and wait times are incredibly slow. We are not driving to ****** for our cheeseburgers when we really want them, because we are pretty grossed out by *************'s *** health code and food permit violations. Could someone please look into that for us, or contact the location. We would love to go back, but won't until something changes. Thank You So Much.

      I got really super sick from eating the food just trying to get my money back I wont be returning to the restaurant Im very upset with how this has caused me hoping to get my refunds in a check thats all thanks

      We consistently receive incorrect orders from this business. They seemingly refuse to make our orders "without cheese" on the hamburgers. We always tell the outdoor order taker, "no onions and no cheese", yet they continue to put cheese on the burgers every time we visit.

      The meat ***** is so thin. You reduced the size so much that you sacrificed the quality that in n out is known for. People are willing to pay more for what they are used to, now we feel cheated by you. It is like eating a veggie sandwich...

      This occured on 7-7-2023 just after 12pm. I placed an order with employee #1 and was not told the dollar amount to be charged. I handed the cashier(employee #2) my card after confirming my order and was not told how much I was going to be charged. I was handed my food by employee #3 and it did not include a receipt. I asked for a receipt and they asked another employee if they had a receipt and stated they did not. I asked if there was any way to obtain a receipt and they said "no." My complaint is essentially that this business does not say how much they are charging you and does not offer receipts when asked for them.

      I was at in and out restaurant when something from the building fell and brown my rear window. At first they contacted me as but then stop responding to my calls and have offered me no resolution
