I own a 2017 Mercedes GLC 300 VIN# *****************. I am mortified that the front panel between the panorama roof and front windshield flew off of my car. I am embarrassed and humiliated to be driving a Mercedes with a major part of the car missing. This is a dangerous and has caused me a great inconvenience. When I drive my car makes a whistle sound that is disturbing. I need this situation rectified immediately so I can be restored to wholeness. There was a recall on my car type for this very problem however my VIN was not included and it needs to be included. I reported this to the Department of safety and transportation, MB in **********, ** and MBUSA and no response as of yet. Never in a million years would I expect a major part like a panel to fly off my Mercedes. This is poor craftsmanship. There was pouring down storm and I had a lot of condensation on my front window that was unusual. Now I am concerned that the missing panel may exasperate the issue by causing other problems like water leaking in other places of my vehicle causing more damage or if mold can get in my car. I need MBUSA to fix this situation please. This has been a horrible experience as a first time Mercedes owner. I am afraid to open my Sunroof and hoping the moisture isn't coming into my vehicle. Please call me with an amicable resolution upon receipt of this complaint. I included 2 pictures, one is what it looks like with the front panel on and one with the front panel missing. This is a malfunction on my vehicle that needs to be corrected and resolved immediately.Thank you,*******************
