Purchased items today and was forced to pay shipping as my Items which included womens Jupiter t in bronze went from $7.97 to $13.97 when checking out, called and customer service acted like I made up the price change, I saw the prices randomly change in multiple items.There I sorting wrong with the website. Anyways Since customer service was unable to help, and called me out like Im an idiot had to take out $100 of items from my cart, worried to even deal with your return process again, because the first time was a nightmare as well, given it was already a nightmare when I got a defective pair of shorts missing a necessary belt loop, at a minimum you should look into why prices suddenly change after check out, and I couldnt purchase the 6 matching shirts for my sisters and their children. I should never had to pay shipping for a replacement pair of shorts in the first place and customer service did nothing to help with this. Prices should not just randomly change and your customer service reps ******** act like the customers are lying or treat them like they are stupid, a exclusively bought ONeill wetsuits the past 15 years in ********* but I may have to stay away from your products given how customer service handles things and the website just changes prices in the middle of checkout. Sad I just wanted to buy gifts for my family and couldnt even do that and have to pay for shipping after getting a defective item in the first place.Would be nice if you could do something about the issues and items I was not able to get at their prices listed online. Really wanted to get my sisters and their daughters the shirts before the price magically doubled.
