      I had had issues with an order I placed a week and a half prior to Christmas. They gave me a guarantee that the gift would arrive before Christmas. *** Ex went in circles with this order. It was 30 minutes from the destination several times, but kept getting kicked to another location. Throughout the process, I spoke with *****. He claimed to help me through the process. He told me by email that if the package wasn't there by a certain date, I could file a lost package claim. Forward to exactly one month later, and still no package. As soon as I filed the claim the package arrived. I was very unhappy and upset. The recipient was no longer wanting the package and returned the item directly to the post office employee. Then it took longer to get back. I then spoke to ******* because they claimed that ***** was no longer an employee of *******. How convenient ??. I was very clear that I wanted a full refund to my payment through Affirm, and Was told when the package was processed I would get it within 3-7 days. So I get an email saying they would give me ******* credit and I was even more furious. It was a gift I was giving someone else. They don't live in *****, but *********, and there's no Tilly's there anymore. They do not want anything from there, nor do I... So I wrote back to the thread with ******* and got a response from *******. Was told on February 28th that they would do a refund to the original payment in another 3+ days. It's March 8th. Got another message from ******* saying there was a duplicate claim. What exactly is going on in this company? Of course you aren't registered with the BBB. Maybe you get too many complaints, but I WANT MY REFUND!!! I will not recommend this company. I will definitely write a letter to headquarters and post my opinion on every social media platform. I would like a response from this , and I would like my issue dealt with ASAP.

      The WORST company I have ever dealt with! I ordered two pairs of shoes back in November. The total came to around ****** with one of the pairs being on sale. That one pair came in the mail the following week but the other pair I was told was no longer in stock (one version of the story, later in an email I was told the address on my card didnt match the shipping address, but why did the first pair get delivered and not the second pair?) so I wake up early one morning on December 5th to a text from my bank saying that an additional amount for the second pair of shoes that I ordered was charged to my account and this was before I realized that they were apparently out of stock. I only realized that when I called and talked to a very inexperienced and timid customer service worker who ended up passing me over to her supervisor who explained to me that their system charged me the amount that it was actually trying to refund me when the 2nd pair of shoes was no longer in stock and was Cancelled. After I raised h*** for the inconvenience, I was offered a ***** credit which I actually have never seen in my online account and was told both amounts charged to my card for The shoes would be refunded within 3-5 business days. I have only received one of those amounts. The other amount, I keep getting told different things about every time I call and the last customer service *** was the worst I have dealt with. Do NOT order from this company. I believe they are taking peoples money and are committing some type of fraud. They are unprofessional and a small company, not equipped to deal with all customer service issues, unprofessional to say the least.Every customer service *** I talked to regarding my matter (5 total) has a different story to tell about what happened to my money. To this day, A month later, I still have not Received my refund for ******!!!

      This is the worst comment *** ever given a company. Well it all started when I ordered a pair of shoes from them so I refuse the package with ***** it didnt take much longer for Tillys to receive the package back. They received the package on the 19th of November and now its November 29 and Im still looking for my refund they said once they have the shoes it has to go through a 3 - 5 business process well we passed that stage its looking like I have to put a claim on this order. This what you get when you tryout a small business cause their warehouse shouldnt take this long to process a request for a refund. I will never buy anything from Them again Ill stick with **** products they way faster on there refunds and has better customer services

      Stole 100 dollars from me and never reimbursed me. Have called multiple times only for them to tell me that theres nothing they can do although they stole my money. They wont even give me my shoes and now I dont have enough extra money to buy some shoes for school.

      This store is horrible. I ordered a backpack which i was charged five seperate times for one item. Day after i tried to reach customer service. Apparently they have been closed since i placed my order. Very dissatisfied

      I never received my items, I ordered them and the most that happened was a shipping label was created and it never progressed any further. They told me they had to open an investigation and to wait more than 8 business days and said that they don't need to respond to any follow up questions. They have awful customer relations. I'm shocked they are still in business. A good law suit will slove this.

      I have been shopping at the Tillys stores for years. I placed my first online order and I never received it I called the customer service line and ******* stated he would file a claim with **** He stated he needed a picture of my front door to compare photos of the delivery location. Clearly it was shipped to the wrong home. Well they never got back to me. Even after I emailed them. I called a few days later and the women on the phone said I would have an answer by the end of the day. What the heck does that mean??? When I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager she said no one was available to talk to me or call me back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Well I received an email stating my claim was closed. And they refused to give me my refund for my product ! As a matter of fact I wasnt even asking for a refund I just wanted them to take accountability and give me my product. If *** delivered to the wrong address they shouldve immediately offered a resolution. They chose to work with **** if *** isnt a good business partner then work with another shipping company or get insurance for your packages! Now Im out $100.

      Currently going back and forth with *************************** bank over items I havent received. This has been ongoing for at least a month. Packages were delivered to a previous address, yet theyre trying to charge me??? Ridiculous. Theyre great if you have no issues, once you do theyre awful, ignore your emails, and leave you on long wait times when calling.

      Both times I have ordered online I have received multiple shipments of items. The first time they weren't even the color I ordered. This last time I got scammed out of 3 pairs. ***** says packages were delivered. They're not there. No effort to resolve the issue. I have been buying RSQ jeans from them for 11 years now. I'll never shop there again.

      If you are going to shop at *******, please do not do it online. This was my first experience shopping with ******* and most likely my last. There was a good sale going that basically was buy one get one free. My total ended up being $60.00. Pretty good for two pairs right? Wrong. Since I live so far from an in person store, I had to pay a larger shipping fee than I was used to. A good extra $20. With taxes and all my total came to $80. My package arrives with only one of my items, even though I had received an email stating that both items were delivered and my order was fulfilled. I try them on and they are absolutely gigantic. Note that I measured my waist multiple times very precisely. No biggie I could just exchange them. Nope, they don't do online exchanges and the only way I could get the right size is if I payed even more money, wait for my refund to come in and ship them back and start a whole new order. I have now checked my email multiple times because my other pair has yet to come in. Nothing. I am down money at this point that I could have been using to actually get good pairs of jeans in. I blame myself for not doing more extensive research but as a so called " trusted brand " I shouldn't have to do such detailed research for two pairs of jeans. Saying I'm ****** is an absolute understatement.
