      I never received my items, I ordered them and the most that happened was a shipping label was created and it never progressed any further. They told me they had to open an investigation and to wait more than 8 business days and said that they don't need to respond to any follow up questions. They have awful customer relations. I'm shocked they are still in business. A good law suit will slove this.

      I have been shopping at the Tillys stores for years. I placed my first online order and I never received it I called the customer service line and ******* stated he would file a claim with **** He stated he needed a picture of my front door to compare photos of the delivery location. Clearly it was shipped to the wrong home. Well they never got back to me. Even after I emailed them. I called a few days later and the women on the phone said I would have an answer by the end of the day. What the heck does that mean??? When I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager she said no one was available to talk to me or call me back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Well I received an email stating my claim was closed. And they refused to give me my refund for my product ! As a matter of fact I wasnt even asking for a refund I just wanted them to take accountability and give me my product. If *** delivered to the wrong address they shouldve immediately offered a resolution. They chose to work with **** if *** isnt a good business partner then work with another shipping company or get insurance for your packages! Now Im out $100.

      Currently going back and forth with *************************** bank over items I havent received. This has been ongoing for at least a month. Packages were delivered to a previous address, yet theyre trying to charge me??? Ridiculous. Theyre great if you have no issues, once you do theyre awful, ignore your emails, and leave you on long wait times when calling.

      Both times I have ordered online I have received multiple shipments of items. The first time they weren't even the color I ordered. This last time I got scammed out of 3 pairs. ***** says packages were delivered. They're not there. No effort to resolve the issue. I have been buying RSQ jeans from them for 11 years now. I'll never shop there again.

      If you are going to shop at *******, please do not do it online. This was my first experience shopping with ******* and most likely my last. There was a good sale going that basically was buy one get one free. My total ended up being $60.00. Pretty good for two pairs right? Wrong. Since I live so far from an in person store, I had to pay a larger shipping fee than I was used to. A good extra $20. With taxes and all my total came to $80. My package arrives with only one of my items, even though I had received an email stating that both items were delivered and my order was fulfilled. I try them on and they are absolutely gigantic. Note that I measured my waist multiple times very precisely. No biggie I could just exchange them. Nope, they don't do online exchanges and the only way I could get the right size is if I payed even more money, wait for my refund to come in and ship them back and start a whole new order. I have now checked my email multiple times because my other pair has yet to come in. Nothing. I am down money at this point that I could have been using to actually get good pairs of jeans in. I blame myself for not doing more extensive research but as a so called " trusted brand " I shouldn't have to do such detailed research for two pairs of jeans. Saying I'm ****** is an absolute understatement.

      We have always been avid shoppers with Tillys, but recently had a very poor experience. I definitely would not recommend online shopping through this company. We ordered some clothes and shoes. The shoes were not in the box that was delivered to us, but the receipt inside read as if they were. We addressed the issue right away. According to Tillys everything shouldve been shipped together, so there is no way this one shoebox wouldve been stolen if it was shipped together? We were at home at the time of delivery. We placed an email right away and a phone call to Tillys. We waited few days and placed another follow up phone call. They have since closed the case, claiming that the investigation process has determined that the inventory control packaged all the items accordingly. As a consumer, I find that this is very shady business practice. How do I have half an order, address part of the missing order, and why would Tillys tell us to contact authorities to file a report? This stems from the packaging at the warehouse, not a stolen size 13 shoebox out of a taped up Tillys box? Now reading all the other consumer complaints, I know we aren't alone. Im not done pursuing this.

      This site is so bad its basically a scam. I ordered something, it arrived mangled beyond recognition, I returned it immediately and they have had it in their warehouse for over a month per tracking and their emails, and they will not return the money. They are literally out here STEALING money. Go anywhere but here.

      Like many, I wish I could give zero stars. I placed an order for school items for my daughter. Only 1/6 of the items were delivered. The 1 item was a backpack which weighed 0.7lbs. Very light. When I contacted customer service they stated they would get back to me. I was told twice that a supervisor would contact me which did not happen. They closed my case because ***** said they made a delivery which was true but only 1/6 items were inside. The package was unopened and not tampered with. This company should not be in business. Based on other reviews I believe they are stealing items and telling people they sent them. I am now out of $100+ and nothing is being done about it. They refuse to take ownership for their mistake.

      If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered a pair of van tennis shoes for my daughter on the sixth and paid for overnight shipping which was additional $20 and I didnt receive them until four days later. I called corporate to get a refund on the overnight shipping, and was told it takes a entire day to process my order and by that time it was Friday when it was shipped out and ***** does not deliver on the weekends. I told her that was a crappy excuse and why do you even make it an option if its not really guaranteed. She refused to credit me the $20.00, so I told her I will never order from this company again they have lost me as a customer. And I didnt even get to tell her that the shoes came dirty like somebody had worn them and had really cheap laces. I was disappointed by the quality of the van. Good bye Tilly! MW
