    I placed an order and purchased a Samsung bespoke refrigerator on May 4th 2022. I was supposed to have it delivered and installed to my residence no later than June 9th. After repeatedly contacting their third party shipper, XPO and being told they did not have all the parts to my order, I tried multiple times to contact Samsung customer service. After a total of 8 attempts, over the course of multiple days, I finally got ahold of someone who did not immediately hang up on me. I was told that they shipped all of my order to XPO and they submitted a request for XPO to "find my parts". I said this was not a solution. They said that XPO has large warehouses and typically lose their shipments. I told them to sort out with XPO and I was tired of being a "go between" and this was their issue not mine. I was put on a brief hold then the customer service rep said "I put in the request for XPO to find your order, would you like their phone number and confirmation?" I said yes, and said I had XPOs number as they were easy to get ahold of and Samsung customer service was not. I was then hung up on by Samsung customer service. I would like to file a complaint and either get my order or a full refund.

    On going problems with all Samsung appliances-Currently my dishwasher which I've been without for a month. Two servicemen out for 2 hours and still not fixed. Not working with me to get situation resolved. Don't get phone calls returned. Won't come out when it is convenient for me after taking 3 vacation days to have them fix this problem once and for all. I want Service Quick (their service *** out this week and to be the first call of the day.
