In March of 2023 I signed up for this Reviews removal service and and sorely disappointed. I was promised they could remove lots of reviews and in a year they have only removed 2. I have called and emailed multiple times to cancel the account. Once I was promised by the supervisor 3 months free service so they could focus on my page to get back on track to expectations. After that time period I was also told we would have another meeting to see the results and discuss them. This never happened. I called again in November to cancel the account and ensured there were no charges. Instead they charged me for *** to current without consent after being told the account was cancelled. I've now called again and have a meeting a week out with the supervisor to cancel the account again. Lets hope they get the picture this time the service is trash. They promise anything you want to hear to get the contract and then basically fail to do anything you can do yourself.Business Response

I have reviewed your case internally with all teams and wanted to get back to you today as it was the earliest I was in office from your communication over the weekend. I have found that there was in fact a credit given in Aug 2023 of 3 months billing value, and this was accepted based on an account review. As stated in that call as well as in your contract we do not guarantee removals and that is not what we sell, as we are a software as a service company and we provide a platform of reputation management tools. I understand your frustration but I also see that you had not attended the follow up gmeet from the credit given in Aug 2023. With that the account services had continued to be rendered and we did not hear from you again until Jan 2024. With that being said, I reviewed the emails and calls from that point and support had offered to assist you and they highlighted the 30 required notice for cancellation. I have the account process and cancellation set. If you have any further questions please do reach out to support and I will work with you further directly.

GetDandy (Dandy) (Dandy Dandy) (FarNorthReview) was able to withdraw funds from my checking account without an *** authorization form or a signed contract. *** (Automated Clearing House) is an electronic network for moving money between US bank accounts, while N***A (The National Automated *************************** is the governing body that oversees the *** network and enforces rules and regulations to protect sensitive information. While on the phone I was intending to use the company but once the phone call ended, I decided I would pass on the service. The reason I decided I should try to dispute the review on Yelp myself before spending my money on a service. (the manager told me that GetDandy does not work with YELP only ****** and ********* But their ads and reps said they do). The sales representative emailed me an authorization *** form to withdraw funds out of my checking account and a contract for me to sign. I did not open the **** nor did I fill out and sign them. I received the email **** 15 time from 8/19/23 to 10/12/23. In the phone call I did give the rep my banking info but assumed that they would not illegality proceed without my authorization. She told me that she will send me *** Authorization and a contract to get the process started. The N***A rule is *** authorization for payments can be collected on the phone, but there are additional requirements. Firstly, you must have an existing relationship with the customer already. An existing relationship is defined as a customer having purchased anything from you in the past two years, or having a written contractual relationship.I did talk to management. She offered me half of the fund as a refund. The reason she offered only 50% was because she stated "they had done some work and it is only right that they get 50%". I want to first say I am extremely sorry for this entire situation. I just had this come to my attention through this correspondence and I want to let you know I have actioned all teams to resolve this. There appears to have been a few communications that were had that did not get escalated to the right department and in turn caused a series of events that only made things compound. For what it is worth I want to let you know corrective action and adjustments to observability have been made, I am sorry that this has happened and gotten this far without my knowing. I have reviewed all billing and have set the processing of refund for you as well. Total Scam... they promised it would take about 1-2 months to remove 1 negative review. They removed two simple ones within one month, then nothing for almost a year and charged us $250 per month for nothing since! I wanted to respond here as well as in email. You should have a meeting invite that was sent over to you. You are correct that we did remove 2 reviews for you, but when you only had a total of 8 that is a 25% success rate. There is nothing about a review that makes the removal or challenge process any easier, and there will in fact be some reviews that can not be removed. This is highlighted in the contract as well as the terms and conditions. I hope that you take time for an account review where we can go over the process, progress, and feature updates. We do not control the ultimate decision of removal, and most review sites will consider no business to be "perfect." With that being said, with a low overall number of reviews, it will be a limiting factor in the amount of challenges or responses we are able to make for you. I hope that in our virtual meeting we can highlight this further for you and come to a mutual understanding. Just as you have felt bad reviews have hurt your business, to caution buyer beware here I feel is an unfair assessment of the work we have complete and the opportunities to grow you reputation by using the updated and enhances features within your dashboard as well. Get dandy promised removal of reviews And they didnt deliver what they did promise . And they are refusing to cancel the contract without penalty fee , unethical behavior from the company . I was told by their representative, ***************** that charges would start after the onboarding meeting but I had not been contacted after 3 months when I signed my initial contract May 20th, 2022 and I was started to charge the very first month when I signed.I have told both Sales Representative, ***************** and the Senior Account Manager, I only have One Location to come onboard instead of two locations. It was agreed upon to revise to correct the initial contract. ******** instructed **** to send revise contract to docusign on October 19, 2022 to correct to One. However, I was charged $398 for 2 stores instead of $249 for 1 store. There was an overcharge of $149 monthly for the past 15 months. I had recorded the phone message regarding ******** admittance of his commitment for the correction of contract and will talk to his company. Dandy got greedy just would not refund for the overcharges and falsely claim the revised corrected contract as an extension or a renewal which was an nonsense.Business Response

Since May of 2023 this year, GetDandy.com has been using an AI bot to spam our website. We have unsubscribed from their solicitations multiple times, and I have even went so far as to open a claim with the **** yet still, they are using our sales funnel to spam us. This costs us ****** Adwords dollars with every hit. We have asked them to STOP, unsubscribed and we are STILL getting their emails.Business Response

We would like to see this series of communication via email, as well as this contract you are speaking of. You noted that you cancelled the account; what account was that? Our Broker and the owner of our company has no knowledge of any relationship with Fair North Reviews or GetDandy.com. I never requested a refund, as we have no business relationship with you whatsoever. If we had a contract for your services, why would we be spammed to sign up for your service? None of this makes sense to us. Please provide proof of what you are referring to.
